I know we're on opposite sides of the issue, but had assumed we both would like resolution one way or the other. My mistake.

So, if the ACS ever collects enough cards and a union is voted down, will you move on and accept what the majority has decided or immediatelty start another drive asap?

from the outside looking in,all DL employees have their gripes but as a whole are happy, that doesn't bode well for a union drive . On a personal note since I am in the union that is organizing I hope they are not using my dues money for the drive

And this announced raise hasn't changed the narrative one bit.

They're venting when it comes down to it they will vote no. How many times during a contract vote do you here people ranting and raving that they are going to vote no  and the contract passes. Stop wasting energy and my dues money, unions simply do not have any track record at DL. Any hope they had to unionize was  right after the merger with the NW people

Lol. I don't think i have heard from a single person that pay is the issue for voting in a union. Pretty much everyone I have heard from about it they always say work rules or simply wanting a contract with everything the company and employee can/can't do spelled out. 
 
 
I also feel like most people want be man or woman enough to come back and talk if a vote is called or the union drops the drive(s). 
 
We give WT a lot of crap but a lot of yall are acting just like him while he is gone. Went from being so nice around here to the same old s**t. Some want a union, some don't. Maybe we can stop acting like kids about it and have a mature conversation?

great way to talk about the people that work at your airline with you. Hope you think about that the next time an FA does something nice for you when you are non-reving on a flight. Or the Agent that goes above and beyond to get you home and keep you from being stuck.

Your IAM is a walking PR disaster. If they are trying to win hearts and minds, they've done irreparable harm to their brand.
 
Until that changes, expect push back.
