What's new

Has anyone tried to AMEND your new uniform order...

Any thoughts on why? Just trying to understand WHY some may not be entered BESIDES the easy "they can't even get this right" reasoning.

The CBS said it was a data exchange problem between Twinhill and US.

My best guess is that batches of employee numbers were not sent to Twinhill. When people started having problems logging onto the site the "assumed" they were using the wrong employee number and ignored the problem by sending out reminders to use the new employee number. Once it became clear that groups of employees just could not log onto the site with their new employee number, they started working on a fix. I have no idea if it has been fixed yet or not as I did not have any problems placing my order.

Just my guess.

=)

Thanks, Zarah, I didn't have any problems either. I just hate when information is unclear and we on the boards get the emotion and not the facts. Is hard to try to understand a problem with opinionated statements as opposed to what the problem really is.

Did you get an apparel confirmation order number while online or in an email? Like other online stores, you have a basket to place those items in. Until you hit the final button to purchase, you can go into your basket and delete orders.

YES, my order was already submitted and finalized. I screwed up and forgot to order an item, so I was hoping I could go in and make an adjustment after the fact, but that's obviously not happening. I sent them an E-mail with my request and of course there has been no response.

People are having problems getting thru to Twin Hill customer service as well. NOT good! This is an 11 million dollar account for Twin Hill and you'd think they would staff accordingly to answer our questions. They must have anticipated this would be crunch time for them....ya think?

My understanding is that people couldn't log in because the computer didn't have a record of them (log in failed) not because the site was over loaded.

That is true. I have tried ordering daily since Oct 16. I called the Twinhill number and he was very nice and tried to help. Then after our must read came out, I still could not order online so called again, got the same guy at Twinhill, he remembered me, and was again very pleasant and willing to try and make it work. No go, so I emailed the US contact and had a reply within minutes. Still can't order as of today but at least it's on record that I am trying and right people are aware of the situation.

Thank you for the info on going over the allowance. I am over by about 1.00 so now will know how to do that once I am able to log in.

Yup, you are right on that count. And thanks for making all this clear. It is easier to understand minus the jargon.

The vest has been the big surprise. I actually like it!
