Roa,
I aim to be down those parts on June 12th, I think that's your voting day also. How bout 'throw down' on Thur or Fri night?
BTW, since for some reason this thing hasn't been ratified yet, I will speak about the vote. This thing passed and we all know that. I initially thought over 62% voted for it but after receiving more station counts, it appears this contract passed by 57% or less. Somewhere between 300-350 more Yes votes.
I don't have about a dozen station counts but I doubt it's more than a 350 difference.
At any rate, the reason why it is being held up from ratification is most likely procedural. If it goes another couple days it will push back the raise to another pay period.

We got yer back… Brother… We’ll be ready…
Done spoke with tha boy’s.... 12th or 13th it is!
As far as this vote this vote goes… I hate to be a self proclaimed predictions expert… But… remember my post regarding this Tentative Agreement several weeks ago...
In my opinion… the outcome of this vote was carefully predetermined by skillful negotiators on both sides of the table!
50%, plus 1 member… in favor…is all that is needed for ratification.
The stage for this Tentative Vote was set several years ago, when Section 6 negotiations were denied for the West Group.
As you progress through the time line… from that point, it becomes apparent that…
Major Dispute/Strike scenarios, were completely avoided, and thus rendered useless.
These Transition Negotiations were weakened, due to the avoidance of section 6, per the Railway Labor Act as afore mentioned.
Now the question is… whom/who.... was/is at fault in this oversight?
Perhaps… some entity, with special interest within United Airlines?
I need feed back Members…voice your opinion!
