You get what you pay for. There is a "cattle call" in DTW next week for ESE's. I remember 20 years ago to make probation - ese's had to know by memory all 3 letter ID's for stations we flew to. Can do that many more. Most new hires can remember to put rain gear on when it's raining.So it took four incidents for this individual to be let
go. When I was hired on by NW more than 20 years ago
while you were on probation if you called in sick one
time, that was enough to say goodbye, WE DO NOT WANT YOU.
I see the New NWA has some different guidelines as to
who they want to be taking care of their customers.
