still then as the iam and the company says that the east contract will survive, then is does'nt matter if it is IBT, does it???
The amount of work coming back remains the same reguardless of who wins so why not get rid of a group that doesn't represent anyone but themselves named the IAM --

finally you admit to the superiority of IAM scope.....

Keys are silent because unlike some of you I have a life too -- believe me I do not fear you or the IAM - Have stood up to the IAM before and will do so again and again. Your scope arguement is getting old - everyone here knows that with the companies position on the contract and scope that this is the chance to get rid of the house pest known as the IAM and move on to bigger and better without loosing anything. The WORKERS can only gain in this deal.

Hmmmm......yep that scope stopped the BK judge didn't it.
I don't believe that anyone is saying that it is a bad "scope", it's more about how the IAM has treated the membership and continues to treat the membership. The rest of the contract is in real bad shape
