What's new

Injunction is out

No sniff, sniff here scooter. I have some really great emails that lay it all out for me, so I just keep operating like I always have.
For the company it may become a be careful what you wish for situation.

It's been a blast seeing all you aholes coming out of the woodwork!

If you are seeing aholes coming out of the woodwork, it is time to get help!

My oh my what a wonderful day!! 🙂
Plenty of sunshine... 🙄
Plenty of crying... 🙁
Ya'll be careful out there and be sure to call in those maintenance issues now, ya hear!

The LOA 93 will result in a raise for East Pilots. The declaratory judgment will only get the company off the hook. Please keep a copy of the court order, US Airways pilot, when your days will not seem as wonderful soon and you feel like venting.

"Maroon," you say? You are a peach.

Excessively high blood pressure is a known cause of typos. .....

???? Did Mom & Dad never let you watch Bugs Bunny when you were a child?

Your post is Exhibit B. Exhibit A is right above you, the one above PHX.

Electronic woodwork, if you please.

Can't wait to see the piling on of the Nascar Judge. Because, you know, all them judges are wrong! Don't you know how much they suffered?

What part of "Binding" don't you all get?

Hey, is anyone else going out with you this Halloween to wait for the Great Pumpkin?

Awwww... you are so funny when you're angry

So I guess you are taking a night off from beating up Jim and focusing on a few others tonight.
I guess we both can agree now that the door is just about closed on the failed "onion" called USAPA. Next up is the LOA93 debacle, and that will be coming in a few days from now. Hmmmm. How ya' going to take that PI? Living the dream with no mo' money...
When do you think we'll see a contract?

Told who what? united alpa pilots have been under an exactly worded injunction since 2008. It is coming up on three years.
Exactly. I've told several of you that there is no way you are not getting slammed with this injunction, when you were all crowing that it won't happen. That was based on experience. UA ALPA got slapped with one with far less evidence of illegal activity. This was a no brainer. A sure thing. For anyone to think it would go any other way just proves your state of denial.

So once again (since it feels so good)... I TOLD YOU SO!

Your feelings are important to us. We were counting on you to deliver nothing less. How could you?

You see jetz, East pilots are not acting like this is the Autobahn or trying to pass a semi truck on a Florida interstate with a pregnant woman in the passenger seat.

They are taking things slow and cautious.

Capice, Kojak.

Why would I be angry chill? I said I expected the injunction, I have not participated in illegal job actions, and will continue to operate exactly like I always have.

Failed onion? Don't get that, but anyway, are you going to start a card drive?

As for LOA 93, well see, but I will deal with it as I have for years, win or lose.

Contract? Ha, Ha, Ha................you're funny. All these things your small brain is laughing about just moves that out.

Don't buy that house in AVL yet, unless you would enjoy a two leg commute.

And Jim is not here, posting on this thread. If I disagree with him her, I'll chime in. Don't worry.

So, who decides now what gets written up and what doesn't. Is the company going to pay me while the FAA pursues certificate action against me for not writing up all maintenance items? I also have to accept all the MELs the company wants to stick on an airplane regardless of the weather, airport conditions, our ability to cope with all of them. And for Gods sake don't taxi too slow while you are trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. For the life of me, I can't figure out how the FAA lets this place operate...ESPECIALLY under these conditions.

Driver <_<

The same people who always decided what gets written up. The Captains, the First Officers, the Maintenance Techs. It really ain't rocket science or a mission to Mars people.

Go to work, do your job, go home, get paid. Really,,,really,,,really simple.

No, the company is not going to pay you if you get violated and can't fly during say a 90 day revocation.

You do not have to accept "all" MELs, and would be expected to refuse to operate with an MEL that prohibits said operation. (i.e. operating into icing with an MEL that prohibits ops in know icicng.)

You are not expected to work sick, or fatigued.

The FAA lets this place operate, because the FAA has nothing to do with the NMB and the fact that a scab union trying to steal something that does not belong to them, cries "safety" wolf. This has nothing to do with the safe operation of the airline.

PS. The Nic award is alive and well, and the only "accepted system seniority list at LCC". It ain't going away!!
PSS. Seeham is still a union busting scab lawyer. He is just 10 million richer, can prove all the billable hours, and thanks usapa for their ignorance.
