Peace lovers,i'm sure...

U.S. officials warned after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks that extremists with ties to al Qaeda operated a training camp at Ras Kamboni and that al Qaeda members are believed to have visited it.

This just has to be right wing propaganda....

Wow! What a wussy response. An airstrike on a suspected al Qaeda camp! Is that all? That's the kind of thing Clinton would have done! Bush is clearly too soft on terrorists. We should have committed hundreds of thousands of troops to invade the country and install a new western-style democratic government.

Indeed...it's the exact same thing that Clinton did...and was lambasted by the right. But I guess it's different when your decider in chief does it. You'd think Bush was trying to detract from an illicit blowjob or something.

My my....reaching now dude.....They say imitation is the best form of flattery....

Why don't you guys sip the Pelosi Koolaid and savor your scant 15 minutes of fame before its gone like a fart in a tornado....

So easy to dismiss when your fearless decider pulls a Clinton.

Ah ha ha ha....finally you admit he was covering up....she shoulda kept her mouth shut.
I didn't vote for Clinton, but if we prosecute every politician that got a blowjob, there'd be nobody left to run the country. Just think it's funny that the right cited Clinton as just "sending in a couple of air strikes" and doing nothing, but when the decider does it, it's a stroke of genius.

Your Hero Bushie isn't in the middle of a sex scandal and trying to distract attention from the CBS evening news like Bill was.Looks to me like another surgical removal ala predator to me.
Bush is battle hardened by the media and doesn't have to throw chaffe up.

"You are in more dire need of a blowjob than any white man in history." - Adrian Cronauer, Good Morning Vietnam ...

Maybe Bush needs to let off a little steam - seems to be a little uptight as of late...

With regards to al Qaeda, IMV countries have three choices.

1. Help us.
2. Stand aside.
3. get ran over as the train comes thu.

Good Lord man....Bush has faced NOTHING like Clinton did. Maybe Bush isn't trying to divert attention from a blowjob, but don't you find it an odd coincidence that this is happening the day he is to announce the "troop surge"??? Methinks he's trying to divert a little attention from that.

Yeah, you're right....9/11 and the big apple was a friggin' walk in the park.

Say what dear?

Yeah, you're right....9/11 and the big apple was a friggin' walk in the park.
I'd bet you that 9/11 would never have happened had Ken Starr not been so busy looking into cum stains on dresses that he might actually allow Clinton to do something besides testify. I seem to recall that Bush got pretty much the whole country, if not the whole worlds support after 9/11. He could have done a lot with it, but he decided not to.

I've thought the same, KC.

We were actually coming to the aid of Muslims during the Bosnia action.

Republicans preached 'wag the dog', and investigated Clinton all during our participation in the Bosnian conflict, and impeached him while our troops were still under arms in the European theater.

Perhaps if Republicans had acted in the country's interests instead of partisan advantage, we could have done a more effective job in Bosnia and won over some friends.

OTOH, Republicans set the standard for investigating (and impeaching) a president while our troops are in harm's way so, that won't be a problem this time around, will it?

"You can support the troops but not the president."
--Rep Tom Delay (R-TX)

"Well, I just think it's a bad idea. What's going to happen is they're going to be over there for 10, 15, maybe 20 years."
--Joe Scarborough (R-FL)

"Explain to the mothers and fathers of American servicemen that may come home in body bags why their son or daughter have to give up their life?"
--Sean Hannity, Fox News, 4/6/99

"[The] President . . . is once again releasing American military might on a foreign country with an ill-defined objective and no exit strategy. He has yet to tell the Congress how much this operation will cost. And he has not informed our nation's armed forces about how long they will be away from home. These strikes do not make for a sound foreign policy."
--Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA)

"American foreign policy is now one huge big mystery. Simply put, the administration is trying to lead the world with a feel-good foreign policy."
--Rep Tom Delay (R-TX)

"If we are going to commit American troops, we must be certain they have a clear mission, an achievable goal and an exit strategy."
--Karen Hughes, speaking on behalf of George W Bush

"I had doubts about the bombing campaign from the beginning . . I didn't think we had done enough in the diplomatic area."
--Senator Trent Lott (R-MS)

"I cannot support a failed foreign policy. History teaches us that it is often easier to make war than peace. This administration is just learning that lesson right now. The President began this mission with very vague objectives and lots of unanswered questions. A month later, these questions are still unanswered. There are no clarified rules of engagement. There is no timetable. There is no legitimate definition of victory. There is no contingency plan for mission creep. There is no clear funding program. There is no agenda to bolster our over-extended military. There is no explanation defining what vital national interests are at stake. There was no strategic plan for war when the President started this thing, and there still is no plan today"
--Rep Tom Delay (R-TX)

"Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the President to explain to us what the exit strategy is."
--Governor George W. Bush (R-TX)

"I may not have been the greatest president, but I've had the most fun eight years" -- Bill Clinton

"I have to confess that it's crossed my mind that you could not be a Republican and a Christian." - Hillary Clinton in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, 1997

Bill Clinton is an unusually good liar"- Bob Kerry, Democrat, 1996

"I just got sick and tired of lying for the fella." -- Jim McDougal on Clinton

About that blowjob...... 😉
