High school drop outs?
There people in both committed that have college degrees.
Didn't see people at PMUS complaining about them and the 2014 CBA.
Nope. Even Timmy was SHOCKED by how good that TA of his was. Didn't read a single complaint then.

Oh but now his negotiators are subpar?

PFFT.

of course they have attorneys? So what?
The law firm that the district used were used mostly to read over and assist agcs in arbitration preparation, and utilized to do TA language readovers. As far as I know, the IAM141 has never hired a professional negotiator but Ive always insisted that they should. The profession of negotiations is different from the profession of Law. Jerry Glass is a great professional negotiator that tosses peeps like 700 left and right. He plays with our negotiators who simply are not educated nor smart enuf to process much.

Not sure if Glass has a law degree as well, but he isnt even among the best in the profession. Many negotiate for unions.

regards,

I have been saying forever that with our dues $$ should hire a independent business team to work ALONGSIDE our elected negotiating team.  Not one without the other, a joint partnership.  Just because so-called elected union reps "have 30 years on the ramp and going to kick DP's ass" in negotiations, that is not going to make the company sweat one bit!  They just don't have the financial background and skills to get the job done.  It comes down to either they are just too uneducated or corrupt in these dealings, probably a combo of both.

I have never once heard management complain about a deal they made with ANY of our unions.  But I hear everyday at work the workgroups complaining....that says it all in my book.

I'm going to buy you all hearing aids or hooked on phonics or something.

They have Independent Lawyers and Legal teams already.

You people are plain whacked out. I'd actually be laughing if this whole conversation wasn't so pathetic.

Just a "phone call away" or sitting at the table with them holding their hand?

A lawyer and a legal team is a far cry different than business speculator, analyst, or professional negotiator.

Association would you please put out this weeks update so just maybe we can have something else to talk about?

WHY? Ridiculous. God will you people look up the Unions LM2's already. They can't be copied and pasted. The DOL site doesn't have that ability.

I wrote them all out once before and I'm NOT going to do it again.

They would be ECLAT.

They are hired gun negotiators.

They HAVE Lawyers advising them. One phone call away.

Why you guys can't get this is ridiculous.

BTW I bet you're a High School Dropout yourself.
I wasn't talking about lawyers; I'm talking about professional negotiators...

Stay away from Vegas if you'd make a bet like that lol!

Yes I know. AMFA has had a world of success over there at SWA by having those observers present. Did you read that incredible contract they just got over there?

Oh wait.

Sorry but my thought on anyone who wants observers tells me that they don't trust their NC or their Union. And if you don't trust your Union then maybe you should bow out and not participate anyway?
Weez thats probably 85-90% of the work force. I can tell you the only people here who  have anything to do with the union are the officers and maybe the stewards

according to weasle, our fleet contract is complex and a language from Mars that only high school dropouts could understand. lol. Gosh forbid we use smart people.
That's why we have an article on page 10 and a LOA on page 30 that countermands the article

No I still believe that you're a High School dropout. Since you assume that all of our negotiators must be and they're in there and not you, you must be even dumber than they are.

Just common sense to me.

I'm looking in the yellow pages for professional negotiators as I type it says please see the weez
