Thanks for the info. I know that they hired once AA took back the ramp after Worldwide left. I thought that once the takeback was in effect, that all LAA people could come back to their home station, and the seniority issues were settled afterwards. I can see the situation that they are in........  Also, didn't AA hire a couple of the former Worldwide people too? Or it is strictly a LUS ramp?
Yes they did hire a bunch from the contract company making it even harder for the LAA guys to get back (no openings). I think only a few went back you would think more but since they were going to be on the bottom they feared a layoff.You have to understand the the tolls to NJ from NY are like $16 a day

I had a conversation with a "friend" yesterday and as far as Fleet is concerned the issues are minor. Mostly regarding tie breakers. Although Charlie Brown already said this last week it doesn't seem like too many may have paid attention to him.

The majority of any issues are between the two groups in Maintenance and they are discussing that on thier thread already.

Remember, i am neither represented or a member of the same union. The asssociation membership is only 2 members and was created to circumvent the mba.
 
You can do that AFTER we get a JCBA. What are you're intentions? Tossing a left handed monkey wrench into a process that is stuck in first gear? I don't think I've ever had a warm tall glass of anything.

Integrating seniority is both important, and separate from a ta. Either way, im sure a ta will come much sooner than integration. Integrated list often arent settled for years after a ta. Our pilots and cwa still havent completed list.

I want my money too. The association has been a nightmare.

Don't get me wrong. I can appreciate his angst, but to even mention the word "suit" just reeks of delays for a TA.
