Problem for the scab union is they are too stupid to realize Addington was not a greenlight for DOH, or a free for all scab attempt at job theft through negotiations.

I am going to save the board a lot of BS and just tell you what it is.

It is not the Nic. The Nic is already a guarantee.

What the West and AOL are out to accomplish is putting an end to the discriminatory actions of the union representation we have had to endure ever since AWA aquired US.

First it was that fat POS president at ALPA, who failed his duty to represent West pilots and failed to uphold the ALPA C&BLs to try and appease a bunch of reneging malcontents trying to oust his union. Well TFB Prater. The circumstances involved called for even stricter adhearance to the C&BLs, but he decided to try and F over the West, disregard the C&BLs and look where that got him.

Then and now, it became the scab union usapa. Completely indifferent to its own C&BLs, duties under federal law and the RLA. A constant barrage of discriminatory practices toward the West to advance the east at our expense. Under the tutelage of the little union busting scab lawyer, usapa went full steam ahead into a 5 year continuously losing legal battle, all to F the West and steal our jobs.

Well Luv, the West will likely never realize the "Leonidas dream", but unlike the east scabs, we sure will make good on our commitments, and our current commitment is to ensure valid legal representation of the West pilot class against the present hostile union.

Oh, and if we get a favorable ruling from Silver, the company is going to F the east over quicker than Prater can inhale a cheeseburger.

Bet you wish you had an east AOL, maybe a "Xerxes dream" when that happens.

NEGOTIATE-tions, else they would not have mentioned the SCOTUS standard to avoid being guilty of NEGOTIATE-ing outside the bounds of a wide range of reasonableness... I don't think it was too hard to understand what the 9th stated. They said it wasn't ripe and that the east might come up with a seniority list that didn't screw the west.
