Why does Addington get referenced so often in Court by the Company, the West, and Federal Judges if it has been "totally devestated"? The fact is this: Addington destroyed USAPA....the sting of unmitigated failures coming out of your fake union should be all the proof you need. Addington was the anchor chained around USCABA's neck and it's still there. Honestly, do you actually believe you have some semblance of a "labor union" representing the pilots of US Air? Parker #### slapped you guys off into the corner and is going to complete the worlds largest Airline merger all the while completely ignoring the pilots union. Amazing. Only USAPA sized incompetence could have created that situation.

Serious question. Do you think Judge Silver is going to rule if there is an AA merger?

Serious question. Do you think a federal judge can ignore cases in front of them?

Federal says that cases have to show activity at least every 90 days. Unless the company withdraws the case we will get a ruling.

Tell you what. Go through the company DJ, injunction case, EDNY case and search for how many time the Addington case is referenced.You will find out that your statement is false. Addington is still referenced.

Do you think that you won Addington? The west case is only delayed (not ripe) if you had won we would not be talking about it.

I have proven that the east has given away hundreds of millions of dollars because you want to steal an additional 40 seats a year.

Nic, how is the company going to F the east? If everything from here on out goes the west way, the worst that happens is that we get what we would have in 2007. We've (all of us) have already paid, and will pay until a joint contract, the price for this fight. I think if Silver rules in favor of the West, usapa will likely appeal, but this time I don't think the West will wait around for the 9th. I think, and this is only my opinion, that the West will fire the kill shot right then, to Silver.

It goes like this....hey judge, this DJ action the company filed is complete BS, and is part of the collusion between the company and usapa to force separate ops in direct violation of the terms of the agreements the West class entered into regarding a merger of AWA and US.

Take one look at the DJ. The company claims that they are under threat of a strike action from usapa. Our opinion is that threat is and never was a reality, particularly now that usapa is parked in its negotiations. Further, the opinion of the 9th in Addington holds that usapa must negotiate for all LCC pilots, yet usapa has not changed it position regarding seniority one bit, and it completely disregards the fact that a binding arbitration between the pilots it represents has already decided the negotiating position.


The reason I use the scab word is it describes usapa to a tee. Using a labor dispute to steal jobs and strip union members of their representation.

I would like to see Cleary on the stand and find out what was discussed during the UAL merger talks that sent him running to the 9th for an emergency decision. Smoking gun of collusion between scab union and corporate, or just smoking gun of failure of DFR to West pilot class. In any event West wins.

Also, Hogg and Bular on the stand explaining how they decided to disproportionately furlough West pilots in 2008 and violate the terms of the TA, to which the West won the TA-10 grievance, of which to date has still not been paid.

Oh, then lets take some time out of Parker's busy schedule so he can explain contradictory statements made at crew news sessions, discriminatory corporate practices regarding grievances (i.e. distance learning vs. MDA overpay and others), and the failure of the company to uphold section 29 of the West contract and tell the scab union to go F themselves over dues collection.

If you remember I said the whole DJ was B.S to begin with, that there was not threat to the company. Many westies, not sure about you, assured me that there was.
