Hey, hey, hey, that's actually pretty funny. Thanks for the lunch break laugh. Glad I'm done at 2:30.

Bean (counting the $beans$)

Thanks Bean. What's life without some at least attempted grins? 😉 I must say I admire the "counting the beans" proficiency. Accounting courses were initially my most dreaded as an undergrad, and anyone with an easy facility for such has me completely beat there.

Have a good one...at least after 2:30 😉

Thanks for the good work on the engines. I really mean that.

Agreed. +1 here for that thought. I've never found myself needing to doubt the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of the mechanics here....well...certainly not those actually in house, versus the outsourced-to-essentially-3rd-world work done elsewhere.

Happy 2812th (Two Thousand Eight Hundred Twelvth) Day Anniversary of LOA 93 USAPA Voters!!! Way to go!! YOU DID IT!!!

Well..hearty congrats are then also in order for 1888 Nic free days to you as well:

"Booyooshaka!"...."Final and Binding"..."It's OVER, get used to it!"..."You won't even get 200 cards!"......."Ho Ho Ho, St. Nic is coming to town!"........You just couldn't make these up folks.

Now? = "Way to go!! YOU DID IT!!!" 😉 You certainly haven't.....and that long ago west-Junebug "Booyooshaka!"..?..I mean...Seriously?..."Booyooshaka!"...? 😉

700-

Just so I understand. The West has a No Sympathy Strike Clause. Are you saying flying a dirty airplane would not qualify as struck work? Or are you looking for the east pilots to have refused to fly the dirty airplane in support of your strike?

Read the previous posts and you will understand my position.

The east found a whole lot of excuses not to fly jets during their illegal job action.

Like not having tape on inspection hole (not required). When it helps them east pilots can be creative. Not very smart but creative.

Or, better yet; just substitute a picture of a hopelessly dull (on all possible levels) axe, that's been ground down for over two decades and call it good 😉

nic4us: "... lecturing the rest of us ..." ????

Wow! I also must have completely and erroneously missed the part where ANY of the immediately preceding conversation had ANYTHING at ALL to do with the glorious "knights who say nic", or even at all involving west-east issues for that matter....Oh well...I suppose it must be nice to know yourself to be the true Center of All Creation....around which all other concerns must revolve.......? 😉

Does not surprise me that you missed the part on how the conversation was started.

700UW made a post saying we all needed psych exams, were childish etc.. PHX gave a reply asking him to comment on how the east pilots scabbed utility work back in the day, and he did.

PHX then made a post as part of his,,,oh,and your, normal MO of totally avoiding the contents of the conversation, addressing 700uw and others on this thread use of the word scab.

Bottom line PHX brought it up...I asked if he ever walked a picket...he did not reply...all this in the context of a utility worker accusing east pilots of performing struck work!!!

Very bottom line...usapa and its suppprters are all a bunch of scabs....get used to it or get over it I really do not care, but I will not be lectured by a picket crossing scab east pilot who never walked a line about my use of the term.

I think you would be very surprised at the number of east pilots that have a set of ALPA battle wings in thier dresser drawer or pinned to their pre merger uniform jackets.. Cannot speak for PHX specifically, no idea if he is one of them or not.

I will show you mine if you show me yours.

Sure...lets start with 1983 and end at late 2004 and the purchase of USAirways.

You go first.

Ok I will. 1983 A&W started to operate service staffed by ex Wien Air scabs. In 1989 A&W pilots scabbed in Australia. You piss ants like to throw the scab word around and your ranks are filled with them. As far as 2004, I could care less who bought who. In fact, fine you win. A&W purchased US. Is that going to change anything? Your still a bunch of scabs. OK piss ant, your turn.
