Does that mean I'm suppose to respect George W. Bush for "strapping into a military cockpit"?As if you ever strapped into a "military cockpit"...spare us all your sanctimonious BS.
Fair enough...You "win". I'll no longer question your motivations for making such a complete and pathetic fool out of yourself. Whatever they are..well...I hope it's worth it to you. It would have been nice to have even the slightest shred of respect for you...but...your choice.
"you are unable of respecting others" By no means. The case is that I find it entirely reasonable to perceive you to be unworthy of any excessive "respect". That's all.
Try your BS: "maybe its a lack of class or maturity on your part" or "weenie" on underlings you can "heroically" fire. Don't waste your efforts here 😉
PS: You're not at all bashful when touting your "education"...Was basic english ever a part of that process? "you are unable of respecting others"...? 😉

Who deserves more of my repect? The guy in the cockpit or the grunt on the ground?
Keep trying to avoid an answer, its pretty funny to watch.
You've had your answer many times now. My belief is that the Nic "award" amounts to nothing short of, quite literally, an immoral abomination, that should be thwarted if at all possible. For that reason; I, very obviously, see ZERO moral/ethical or spiritual compunction towards bringing it into being. If that's insufficently clear to you...well...then no expansion that I can envision will reasonably serve this discussion further.
I care not in the slightest about "process" here, "Binding Arbitration"/etc, but what results would attend such.
You should have been stapled- your company was toast.

There is no morality in Nic's decision,....
The pure arrogance of the union in trying to worm out of their binding agreement is fascinating.
It is encouraging that after a day and a half, you finally are addressing the question, rather than making unfocused personal jibes about me.
Sorry, I meant Jr.I've full respect for the senior President Bush, at least for his willingness to actually throw himself directly into harm's way for our Nation...the junior?...I see him as more of a complete war dodger, and thusly; hardly anyone worthy of the slightest respect.
Sorry, I meant Jr.
You didn't miss anything. So what happen to the other 5000+ pages???
1) We've no argument there 😉
2) Said "pure arrogance" has thwarted any implementation for over five years...perhaps there's a bit more than "arrogance" in play here, that you can't seemingly comprehend.
3) You presented yourself, and largely yet do, as a properly titled "Pretentious Office Drone", offering nothing more than condescending nonsense, or mostly, merely repetitive postings that any capable "Bot" program could provide. Exactly what responses did you honestly expect from such adolescent BS?
You seem quite awed by arbitrations and "process". That is not a universally shared affliction. I'm far more concerned with results..."nor do I give a whit whether you like it or not" 😉
