As if you ever strapped into a "military cockpit"...spare us all your sanctimonious BS.
Does that mean I'm suppose to respect George W. Bush for "strapping into a military cockpit"?

Who deserves more of my repect? The guy in the cockpit or the grunt on the ground?

Fair enough...You "win". I'll no longer question your motivations for making such a complete and pathetic fool out of yourself. Whatever they are..well...I hope it's worth it to you. It would have been nice to have even the slightest shred of respect for you...but...your choice.

Somewhere there is another fertile yet unread blog missing its author who will make the all important postings on message boards to inform dear readers about how "to UNSUBSRIBE".

"you are unable of respecting others" By no means. The case is that I find it entirely reasonable to perceive you to be unworthy of any excessive "respect". That's all.

Try your BS: "maybe its a lack of class or maturity on your part" or "weenie" on underlings you can "heroically" fire. Don't waste your efforts here 😉

PS: You're not at all bashful when touting your "education"...Was basic english ever a part of that process? "you are unable of respecting others"...? 😉

I don't tout my education, I have college degree, big whoop. But 25 years of experience, that takes some doing. I don't heroically fire people, on the contrary, I try to give people every chance. But when they get caught doing something like stealing from the company, then they lose their job.

I meant to write "incapable" but, its not like I am writing a legally binding document and I've been spending the day out by the pool, relaxing.

Back to the original point. The point you can't address? Binding Arbitration?

Keep trying to avoid an answer, its pretty funny to watch.

I've full respect for the senior President Bush, at least for his willingness to actually throw himself directly into harm's way for our Nation...the junior?...I see him as more of a complete war dodger, and thusly; hardly anyone worthy of the slightest respect.

The "grunts" in any direct combat zone, will always have my full respect. Aviators are a "spoiled bunch" for the most part, afforded a great deal of relative luxury, while the ground troops are the ones "living" in any war, "up close and personal" 24-7, 365.

You've had your answer many times now. My belief is that the Nic "award" amounts to nothing short of, quite literally, an immoral abomination, that should be thwarted if at all possible. For that reason; I, very obviously, see ZERO moral/ethical or spiritual compunction towards bringing it into being. If that's insufficently clear to you...well...then no expansion that I can envision will reasonably serve this discussion further.

I care not in the slightest about "process" here, "Binding Arbitration"/etc, but what results would attend such.

You should have been stapled- your company was toast. I cannot fathom your excessive self entitlement and me me me attitude. At least the APA will take care of things, you east people are incapable of success in any degree; four years into USAPA proves it.

Sigh!...Please DO run that good old "we, the mighty AWA, saved you" BS by the APA...I'm sure they too, will instantly see the "logic" in such nonsense. Good luck. 😉

There is no morality in Nic's decision, nor do I give a whit whether you like it or not. But, you (your union) went into binding arbitration and agreed to live by the decision. The pure arrogance of the union in trying to worm out of their binding agreement is fascinating.

It is encouraging that after a day and a half, you finally are addressing the question, rather than making unfocused personal jibes about me.

1) We've no argument there 😉
2) Said "pure arrogance" has thwarted any implementation for over five years...perhaps there's a bit more than "arrogance" in play here, that you can't seemingly comprehend.
3) You presented yourself, and largely yet do, as a properly titled "Pretentious Office Drone", offering nothing more than condescending nonsense, or mostly, merely repetitive postings that any capable "Bot" program could provide. Exactly what responses did you honestly expect from such adolescent BS?

You seem quite awed by arbitrations and "process". That is not a universally shared affliction. I'm far more concerned with results..."nor do I give a whit whether you like it or not" 😉

Sorry, I meant Jr.

Sorry, I meant Jr.

Copy. As noted...I pretty much see him as chickensh-t, scumbag. Honestly Jake?...I can't even imagine his wearing the Wings, LT's bars and flight suit....and contriving and squirming to stay half a world away from conflict, and him ever being able to even face a shaving mirror again. That he later became President is just another sad testimonial as to how far we've sunk as a Nation in recent years.

Again with the name calling, really? Are you in grade school?

I have a career, alright? There are any number of apt names I could call you that would certainly fit, but I'm not. Any beef you have with what I do for a living is just a distraction you are making to ignore the central point.

Now, on to the binding arbitration agreement, why is it OK for your side to not live up to what you agreed to? Honorable people live up to agreements, especially ones that are made in accordance with the law.

Any fool can hold up a court proceeding by spending lots of money and filing endless time wasting motions, funny thing, USAPA loses every one. Keep whistling past the graveyard, and remember, honorable people live up to their agreements.....
