If this goes to a 3 way and that's a big IF...West interest's will be properly represented. How you get to a legal 3 way is questionable, if not impossible. Funny thing is, the east AFO's may be begging for the NIC with APA in a SLI. Given past history of my hired/paid for CBA/usapa and my current contract provisions not enforced. Maybe this will not be favored by such Arbitrator (s) to benefit the east given all the evidence of corrupt east/usapa.


You east guys screwed the pooch when you took away separate ratification and forming usapa.

Explaining past actions and current CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT concerning the WEST CLASS will be a BIG PROBLEM if this goes to a 3 way.

My point exactly.

The West goes in front of the arbitrator and says, well here is the arbitrated Nic list....and here is the arbitrated IOU for the E190 and 757 seats.....it is our opinion that any final product should be inclusive of these arbitrated awards, and relfect such in the award.

and, oh, BTW......the east thinks arbitrators such as yourself are senile jackwagons that don't know a thing about fairness or the law.

Well then allow me to do it once more.

The usapa founders and supporters are nothing less than scabs trying their hardest to steal something that is not theirs.

And you are right for once...karma is a ####...try to wrap your head around how that is coming back on the reneging scabs.
 
Ah yes, the very essence of a "fair" SLI, the silent, middle majority, accept the list and move on and a relatively, small minority, on at both ends piss and moan forever.

My personal opinion is that Parker has been none to happy with the west for standing up for itself. Yes, it's provided him a way to save x number of millions per year as we go at it, but I think he'd have been happier with that cost neutral in exchange for doh that Seham was originally touting.

As far as reading tea leaves with this or any other crew news, who knows. I know I don't. But I do feel as if he would have been just as happy if the west had of been defenseless, and that in and of itself is 'exasperating' for him.

Is this or is it not, the same kind of statement that the East pilots have always maintained throughout this whole mess........Having had a much higher career expectation that anyone at AWA ever imagined before the merger, in previous contracts.

All we wanted to do was finish our careers as best we can without some High School kid coming in ahead of us and screwing us out of a lifetime of work.

Apparently, with the merger, the NIC is going to be seen as the most screwed up arbitration in history and will fade away, being null and void.

The ONLY person who screwed the pooch is the senile Nicalau. Forming USAPA was an act of standing up for what was just and right.

I hope you have deep pockets if your gonna sue USAPA...soon to be called APA, with very deep pockets.

Obviously you have not seen the steve bradford (founder of usapa) document of why usapa was formed and basically states/break federal law (DFR) in doing so.

And yes I am watching objectively sport, along with Robert Siegel/Company lawyer/RLA expert....You might remember him as he assisted in that injunction against usapa for a illegal job action promoted by east usapa.

Addington, 9th circuit, DJ, ect. I've much better legal council than you in regards to CONTRACT LAW and the RLA going forward....you do not.

A couple of places east usapa don't like to be. In front of FEDERAL JUDGES and NEUTRAL ARBITRATORS.

Any guess why?

In the one I watched Rhett did not say he wanted to fly widebodies, he said he is a 757 captain with over 25 years and made reference to the 747 AWA once had, noting that Nic put 352 east pilots senior to him that are younger than him, and warned not the West but the east idiots who have no idea of the effed up position they have put us al in that the only LCC pilots flying widebodies in a post AMR merger would be the ones who left to fly for ChinaSouthern, because the rst will be stripped from LCC because of who is going to dominate the top of the seniority list in an AMRLCC merger.

But, being and ignorant, self-important idiot with no clue of just how your crappy position at the shithole airline AWA aquired entitles you to less than what you over inflated ego is even capable of recognizing, I guess Rhett's word fell on deaf ears.

That's all Doug's talks about in the video, a 3 way, thought he was talking about an adult film he mentioned so many times.

My Grandmother was right, I should have stayed in school and gotten a real job!

As was my Mother, regarding medical school...but hey, we were young...and all that "Cheap thrills, High velocity, "Glory" and of course, "Money for nuthin' and chicks for free" did have it's own, unique appeal..Who knew? 😉 Serously though...one has to admit to a lot it being some pretty good times...
