June - US Pilots Labor Discussion

One other small detail to your incorrect theory here. Explain how usapa is going to "negotiate" anything other than DOH? All you east guys have said that the usapa C&BL require DOH. You say you can't accept the Nicolau because it is against the C&BL and would trigger a law suit by east pilots. Retroactively by the way. The Nicolau was done before the BS usapa rules.

But the all mighty and controlling usapa C&BL are in place now.

APA is not going to accept DOH. How does usapa agree to anything other than DOH? This is going to arbitration or usapa can get sued by east guys. TWA will sue, the west will sue. Without M/B arbitration no federal protection.

Now what do you think a federal arbitrator going to do? Ignore an award from a guy he has known most of his career and put in jeopardy the entire arbitration process or use the Nicolau list and make it easy on himself?

Two way, federal arbitration. That is the safest easiest quickest cheapest path to a resolution.

THREE way arbitration based on the current paradigm. How's that grab you?

LOL!!! I know, I know...DFR.

I hope you guys sue your happy little heads off.

Driver...

Did you even read what you yourself wrote?

Pay attention... In the TWA mess, APA did NOT get sued. APLA was sued.

So, if you compare our current situation, you are arguing that APA should get USAPA to give APA the deal that benefits APA the most, because in the end it will be USAPA that gets sued, NOT APA.

You are brilliant!
Read what I wrote.

Well this is the union that screwed over TWA. APA watched as the TWA guys sued and won a DFR law suit because ALPA did not let it go to arbitration and instead made a deal that works as you said for the largest percentage of pilots..

Yes I know it was ALPA. That is what I said. My point is APA watched as ALPA got sued. If this doesn't go to arbitration it will be the APA that gets sued this time because they would be the one that did not represent the pilots fairly and they would be the surviving union. Since they take on all responsibilities.

Next time try reading before you say something stupid.

Says the guys that wants to throw out binding arbitration and replace it with a self created self advancing seniority list. Talk about entitlement mentality.

I noticed that too. He must be drinking out of the Delaware River. The side effects of drinking water with arsenic, mercury and benzene include dry mouth from mumbling DOH for 7 years, hallucinations of snapbacks and head swelling caused by an inflated ego. 😉

I am not surprised that you just can't comprehend the jest of my statement here, being the entitlement type that you are, and only looking for a way to take advantage of another pilot, instead of fighting for what is right.

I am fighting for what is right, that's why I support AOL. For a clear view of "the entitlement type" you should simply look in the mirror.

Gawd, Move...

you would know about childish behavior.....

You made 3 posts in a row here with no substance at all. You might as well have stuck out your tongue and went, "PPPPFFFFFFTTTTTTT!!!!!!"

Very weak, adolscent behavior!

Don't be so quick to forfeit your brilliant solution. You should take credit for your observation. This is no time for you to feign humility. APA gets USAPA to agree to forgoe arbitration and staple you, just like ALPA did, and APA watches USAPA get sued, just like APA watched ALPA get sued.

You are brilliant. Don't be so humble. YOU figured it out!

You guys always seem to miss cogent, and inconvenient, fact. And as each day passes, Mr. Freund looks more and more like a prophet.

I'm glad we didn't listen to your so called prophet. His idea was the easy way out. Our fight for what is right is nearly to conclusion and I believe that prophet status will be reduced to simply a faulty opinion.

We'll see. Looking forward to the end game. Coming soon. Stay away from sharp objects, y'all.

I have to practice that "y'all" as I'll be coming to CLT too.

Check out the standby altimeter, then the GPS altitude. (For those of us with modern GPS equipped airplanes. Did you even know that function existed on the new 321s that were purchased for you with east specs?)

Did you miss the comments by your own expert labor lawyer at Wye River saying "All the risk is on the west"?

You guys always seem to miss cogent, and inconvenient, fact. And as each day passes, Mr. Freund looks more and more like a prophet.

Another false statement that commonly gets thrown around on this board is that the West "fired" Freund.

The reality of the situation is that Freund withdrew his services because he was an ALPA lawyer with a conflict of interest if he represented the West because of our pending DFR claim against ALPA. The mere fact that there was a Wye River meeting for Freund to attend was exhibit A of ALPA's failure to follow their own merger policy and defend the Nic. Freund was in attendance not as West counsel, but as an ALPA lawyer looking out for National's best interest.

And regarding the new 321s, are you talking about the ones that were aquired using the oreders and options AWA had pre-merger that would have now made the West fleet very close to 200 airlplanes, but now are used to meet the very minumum fleet count specified int the TA so that east pilots could scab West jobs?

Have you still not figured out that usapa goes away with this merger? So usapa would not be here to sue. APA would take that responsibility. Unlike ALPA that did not go away. Even though ALPA did not represent TWA anymore they still existed.

Just like when a company acquires a BK company those debts transfer to the new company in this case union.

I know you guys have a difficult time with reality and keeping up with the facts. But please try.

The APA saw what happened to ALPA they don't want that to happen to APA.

".... that would have now made the West fleet very close to 200 airlplanes,..." Ummm...."that would have", repeat WOULD have...which has precisely what to do with any aspect of reality?

Would be a devious scab plan save one minor detail.

AOL in that case does not sue the defunct usapa. AOL sues the Airline Parties. Remember those guys? The ones with the actual money and a collective bargaining agreement with the West pilot class.

oh, and without going into much detail...we also sue the APA, not usapa.

Well norm that explains why all you east guys act the same way.

It's the water!
