June - US Pilots Labor Discussion

Well, boys, I am going under the knife in the morning to get my gallbladder removed. I have gall stones and my FAA doctor says it's best to get it removed instead of needing emergency surgery while in Athens or some other foreign destination. Not a big deal.
Later,

My very best wishes for an easy surgery and quick healing Breeze. I know two folks who've gone through it and come out much the better for it. Take care and may God Bless.

He said the east and west pilots should be banding together, because, sure as $h!t the APA is planning on grinding us, both east and west, under their ropers. I don't know if I agree with him, .........

Well Bean...unfortunately; that's pretty much my estimation of the situation as well. The sad part's that there's really not even any viable possibility of east and west banding together at the present time, and I'm not convinced that would even much matter at this point. We're all just along for the ride methinks, and can only do the best with what's at all possible under the circumstances. "Interesting Times" indeed.

I had to read your post twice...I am not trying to be the grammar police here, but since you used the word "binded" instead of the more common bound...I mistakenly thought you were asking "the question remaining is whether USAPA is bLinded by the award or free to fairly represent its membership".

To which the answere would have been.....yes, usapa is BLINDED by the award.

It is the blind leading the blind on an endless chase of shifting shadows of how to best renege on an agreement its membership has amongst itself. So the reply to your real question can easily be answered.

Yes, usapa is "free to fairly represent its membership", but they are to blind to see that "fairly" means the Nic.

Wouldn't "too" blind be the correct usage, or am I being too proper?

Glad we agree that USAPA is free to fairly represent its membership, we will see if they are "bound" to use the Nic.

[usual bs]

That's what if figured...

You've contrived this whole discussion just to fit your need to argue with anything/anyone you disagree with. A pretty pathetic existence by normal standards...

All because you can't admit being wrong over the proper and common usage of a little 3-letter word...

Jim

Tack that spin on to all your previous BS and any even slightly respectable maggot would gag. I'll leave you to your unbelievably pathetic squirming and spinning. You just aren't worth my time. You've fully evidenced what sort of person you are with your disgusting and wholesale BS in this issue....God help you.

Grow Up.

Hey East,

Take a look at what Jim posted in 2008, during the infamous thread that outed the fake combat Naval Aviator, "Nice Landing Captain."

<<One of my brothers was in that little dust-up but probably before you - he was flying the Thud in that other branch of service. Fortunately, the closest I got was S Korea more toward the end.

Jim>>

The impression was clearly left of a near miss by a trained and ready military aviator. I certainly thought so at the time. That's how I knew where to find it today. This is the whole quote. Nothing out of context. If another message was meant to be conveyed, just a simple phrase from a habitual multi-thousand poster could have cleared it up.

Stand by for quibbling!

However, if things get crazy and I don't return to the line, I just want to say...it's been a pleasure flying with your East guys......and you West guys can go screw yourselves!!!! LOL...kidding of course.

Good luck Breeze.....take care of yourself and get back soon

Thanks, my friends......the surgery went well...only problem was that I had Nurse Ratchet trying to force a breathing tube down my throat. The last time I had a surgery, there was no problem, tonight, I can only utter a few words before my throat kills me.

Soreness in my abdomen will probly set in tomorrow, but I hope to be back within a week.

Ripeness = yawn

Move,

You are dreamin again. Obviously, USAPA and APA are busy working out a SLI using DOH with C/Rs. If that doesn't work out, Parker is looking forward to the new arbitration to settle this whole mess.
