Look like yet another link spammer, all four posts of his have the same hotlinks. Its a weak technique to try and get a higher ranking in google by dropping comments with hotlinks back to your site. Its mostly done by posting on high ranking forums and blogs. Most are bot generated and nonsensical and done within a short time frame using tools like Comment Hut or Comment Kahuna, etc.

The Kochs support philanthropy, as do most conservatives. Voluntary giving is almost always more generous than a forced redistribution.

Think about it... when you have tip added to your bill by a restaurant, how often do you increase it, and how much more would you have been more likely to tip without it being automatically added?
