I have already suggested this to the MEC. I suggest you voice this to them as well. It would require a small change to Section 22.C. Of course both the East and the West would have to vote on it... I wonder who has more votes... :unsure:

Both sides have to pass it independent of the other, so this idea will have to wait for the next go-round.

I was at Atlas/Polar. The Sen. Lists were merged however the airlines remain seperate. Polar furloughed and Atlas is now hiring while Polar pilots remain without a job. It's a management dream come true. Pitting one group against another. The one with the cheapest costs gets the flying while the other loses routes and aircraft.
