Loss of 14 months senority

And there are about 3,000 M&R and only THREE GCs to service them, they are not mind readers and people have to get involved to effort change, not just sit back and expect someone else to read their minds.

Funny last time I checked Material Services is part of that group.
######################## were part of negotiations and they were rank and file workers from the bargaining unit.

Maybe you should contact them?

And the language is quite clear credit for time in any previous classification under the CBA and DOH for the rest.

Ask they why it was done that way?

And glad to see you have to insult instead of actually lifting a finger to help.

They were contacted, and ignored whomever called upon them. Even Duke. I know because I contacted them and was invited to only one session, were we spent the entire meeting setting up future meetings and deciding who would foot the food bill. Never invited back. Never kept in the loop, regardless of the fact one my immediate supervisors was negotiating on behalf of the company.

Westies, remember this. My work group found out we were accreded into the union from a 3rd shift stock clerk in IND who welcomed my partner to the IAM as his "union sister". Nice to find out that way considering our group never wanted into the union in the first place.

Really?

Then why did 50% of the group sign A-Cards which the IAM turned into the NMB and the NMB accreted the group not the IAM as they NMB ruled similar class and craft, even after the company filed a challenge to the decision.

Why was there planners and such on an organizing committee, getting cards signed and attending meetings in CLT, INT and PIT.

Seems you tell a differant story of what actually happened, why is that?

That is the problem there Giants. They took 200 from 17 different jobs and put them under the vague title "Planners and Tech Specialists". My group, all 11 of us, were not planners. We were probably the only group who could basically buy whatever we needed whenever we needed it to get the parts to the mechanics to do their job to get the plane back in the air and the passengers where they needed to go. Planners called us for help. Mechanics called us for help. MOC called us for help. We just wanted to be left alone. Oh yeah, after the IAM "negotiated" that wonderful agreement, my take home pay was $4 a check less after union dues than before it.

Maybe if you knew the facts you wouldn't claim I was misleading anyone.

The NMB did it, after the IAM filed for an election, shall I post the NMB's findings?
