And a strike will prove what? That you can effectively shut an airline down? That was already done at EAL. And the contract language can''t be that concrete if the company feels that they can contract that work out. Obviously they and their lawyers feel differently.

I am not advocating that by any means, I would prefer to keep the work in house too. But I also understand the financial crisis that we are still in. Bringing back additional staffing to open more mtc tracks versus contracting the work out is not going to be an easy pill for anyone to swallow.
