More IAM "scab hunting"

JUST TO GIVE YOU SOME HISTORY.
BACK BEFORE THE IBT WAS VOTED IN THE COMPANY TOLD ALL OF THE UTILITY WORKERS AND THE MECHANICS THAT WE DID NOT NEED A UNION AND THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF US IF WE DID NOT VOTE IN THE TEAMSTERS.
THE UNSKILLED VOTED NO[/b].
AFTER WE MISSED THE VOTE BY 15 OR SO THE COMPANY A FEW MONTHS LATER FIRED ALL UTILITY WORKERS,BACK SHOPS,AND MORE AND 500 AMT's WERE OUT VOTED BY UNSKILLED LABOR.

ONE YEAR LATER WE WENT TEAMSTERS 104 AND THEY HAVE FOUGHT HARD TO GET BACK WHAT WE LOST!
NOW I HAVE SOME UNION THAT AND MEMBERS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THE IBT LET AMERICA WEST OUT SOURSE WORK AND I CAN TELL YOU ARE FULL OF IAM BS.
AND NOW THE SAME UNION MEMBER IS SAYING I QUOTE:And the company all ready said they will negotiate a transition agreement.

Gee the ibt did the samething at Continental Airlines by organizing the scab amts after Lorenzo went to court and had all unions wiped out at CAL and all unions thrown off property.

As usual, boldface lie. Continental was non-union for 7 years and there was no strike when they were organized by the IBT.

As a matter of fact, the IAM left their members to the mercy of the company to get their jobs back. Typical.
 
The IAM was decertified by the bankruptcy court, they had no legal rights to represent the members.

That is why Congress changed the laws and enacted Section 1113 and 1114 of the bankruptcy code.

With the banging of the gavel the judge abrogated their contract and decertified ALL unions on that property.

Even ALPA would not touch to organize the scabs at CO. CO had their own pilot union after and finally merged with ALPA a couple of years ago.

And their mechanics who are scabs are always scabs.

CAL was 7 years non-union before they were organized after the IAM LEFT THEM DEAD IN THE WATER.

The IAM is collecting cards where there is an ACTIVE strike, AMFA hasn't called it off. Did a bankruptcy judge declare the NWA strike over? No.

I can give a rat's ass about AMFA, hate AMFA, but there is no way on God's Earth that you will ever, and I mean EVER, witness me cross a picket line, or even worse, sign up the scabs.

Your same old argument is gettibng tired already, once again the IBT waited ten years to organize continental....The IAM is attempting to organize scabs NOW while our union brothers walk the line, Disgraceful!!!! Why did the IAM rampers at NWA walk past the picket line???????????

As far as this Champion thing goes, I can't remember but---do the dispatchers fly those planes, how about the flight attendents. For your info the Champion air flights were wet leased genius, so lets put that one to bed.... Now answer my question, can we keep the info to this decade?????
