Not sure if this was due to work or not; I know that when I was working on a project at work, part of the work agreement stated I was no longer allowed to participate in online forums. I thought that also meant no more AT ALL moving forward, but after we got the deal done & everything they told us the contract was no longer in effect.

I agree, but I was reluctant to be the first to say it.

First of all, anyone who invests so much of their personal "b-b's" in a forum like this that they feel distraught, probably should be taking life a bit less seriously and learn to put things in perspective.

Second... why the public announcement? If this forum really bothers a person that much, just turn it off. Take it off your bookmarks page. Find a different home page. Come back when you are emotionally repaired. Otherwise you just sound like an addict. You know... "Lock me up in rehab so I'm forced to avoid my addiction."

But seriously. Do we really need a whole new thread to announce a departure? It's not like a person passed away. 🙄

The only way to clean it up wouldn't be to ban people from this board, it would be for US to be run by competent people, instead of the current batch of prepubescent twits at all levels in the halls of Tempe.

The need to #### and moan wouldn't exist any longer. Think about how much more time each of us would have in our days if we didn't have to spend it venting here!

But there's no other outlet. Management is so incompetent, they can't recognize good ideas when they hit them in the face. They're so afraid of being outed as fools, they make themselves unappropachable so nobody can peel through the onion and find the rotten core.

I personally use this forum as a distraction from the stresses of my work day (after my 6AM workout). It provides far more entertainment value than REAL entertainment....which is my business!

Hello all
I have found that I can no longer be a part of US Aviation or any other aviation website for that matter. I really will miss my airline friends on line, but I have found that I can no longer tolerate the negativity and the NAZI ist way of dealing with differing opinions. I want US Airways to succeed and I hope it does, but I no longer care about the day to day drama that IS the new US Airways. I have tired of the fight and no longer care. I apologize if my articulation skills have been limited, however US Aviation has become nothing more than a vile, evil bitchfest and I no longer care to embrass it as well as all the other airline websites. (FT included) I know many will say "don't let the door hit you on your way out." Well that is fine. I no longer need the barrage of negativity. Good luck to you all!!
