Yea, I hear you. It sure would be nice if people discussed the real issues of the candidates besides trying to cut down their integrity with every little piece of dirt that typically proves unfounded. It just shows how polarized we Merican’s are and are too narrow minded to worry about things that affect our social and economic future.

IMHO, As it stands, neither candidate has much of a progressive position regarding the economy, jobs, health care, illegal immigration, off shoring of business head quarters, outsourcing, in sourcing ,lobbyists, etc… ; just to name a few.

I am possibly jaded by the historical unaccountability for any of the ‘elected’ to actually perform on their platform and the Merican pepple just go on their own merry little way.

That didn't seem to be too much of an issue when Palin was digging up dirt by association on Obama.

Frankly, I hardly think belonging to a party that seeks succession form the United States enspoused by a woman who may be second in command then leader of the nation "all you can come up with".

It boarders on Treason. Sounds like an issue to me. Esp. when you have the audacity to call a potential President a terrorist and whip a crown up into chanting "KILL HIM" Terrorist! and you just smile, like "mission accomplish".

I believe threatening the life of a Presidential candidate in the US amongst a crowd of people and does nothing...while as a VP candidate of the opposing party eggs them on...if a bit more than being an idiot. I suppose jfk's shooter was just an idiot too.

Her behavior coupled with what is known about her and her husbands background is cause for serious concern when she aims for a leadership position at the head of this nation. That was the same mentality that tore this nation a part once before. Hardly something to be so dismissive about. Unfortunately the GOP/McCain/Palin tactic of resurrecting the Obama/domestic terrorist crap is equally sad. Who cares what happened 30 years ago? People are worried NOW about their homes & bank accounts.

I think the GOP probably sealed their doom with this tactic. All that brainpower and money wasted...

I agree it is pretty sad when they are reaching back 30 years to attempt to associate Obama as a terrorist lover when in fact Todd Palin and his wife the Vice Presidental VP running mate of an half dead old man were and are involved with an organization that makes it known TODAY that hey HATE this country.

Odd that this is so "irrelevant" for someone who could end up President. That in of itself is worth questioning. And if THAT is not an issue, I take issue with the sad priorities placed on the expectations of a potential President.
