Just my .33 cents (pay cuts, don't ya know), but I've only had good experiences with our "West" counterparts, and I hope they feel the same. We may not agree with the decisions the company makes, but put blame where it's due -- management. The vast majority of front-line employees -- West and East -- really try to do the best we can, with the tools we're given. And, are really pretty neat people to know, to boot.
I'll still serve two mini's and a can for a cocktail in F/C ... but I agree that we should all get over this East/West thing.

Until crews can fly each others airplanes there will always be the east/west seperation. So you are looking at 2 years at least.
