Pass travel ideas?

I need to help getting my son, daughter-in-law and grandson from XNA to TYS. Buddy passes can be too iffy. Can I get an ID20 for them or use my SA1 boarding priority for them? Need some good ideas.

I just checked flight loads between Fayetteville, AR and Knoxville, TN they looked solid(good) for the next couple of days so I'd do it...if they get stranded in CLT we have some wonderful folks here on USAV to take care of them! If you could...I'd get them an ID## on United but that's even iffier.

I'd try to nonrev them on the morning or afternoon flights...there's a PSA CRJ7 with 30-40 seats open usually this far out...

This is almost too cool..We are planning a trip to get us from TYS-LIT later this week. Flights look a little tight going...coming back doesn't look too bad. May have to use my last SA1 on this trip. TYS has been hit and miss here lately. Usually depends on what the other carriers are doing (schedules). The US PHL was delayed over 3.5 hours last Friday - ATC held it at TYS due to "weather" in PHL. The agents moved some pax to the CLT flight. When PHL finally left, five (5) pax were on there. It was mentioned that the flight had a strong tailwind of 100 mph enroute to PHL.

If one carrier cancells a flight, they usually move them over to another airline. With the addition of the couple 70-seaters coming and going, that has helped us non-revs get out/in TYS.

Unless they are on your travel card they can not get an ED20, and you have to be with them to use SA1.
Fares are HIGH ..about 370.00 round trip
