Wooooooooo Jerry said so, I'am sure jerry gives a damn what happens to catering in pit. Piece by piece Jetstream will be doing all the jobs. Lets see $9.00 and some change per. hour or $20.00 an hour thats a hard one to figure out.

Once again you are wrong. USAirways does not pay the Jetstream employees $9.00 per hour. Jetstream pays their employees $9.00 per hour. USAirways contracts the work out to the vendors at a much higher cost per hour. Jetstream has to pay their expenses plus a profit. In fact LSG charges $20.00 per bag of ice delivered to each aircraft if requested by the flight crew. And Yes Jerry does give a damn about catering. If he could have done it cheaper with Jetstream they would have been the vendor catering Republic and all the express aircraft as of last March. Guess what ? Mainline still caters the Mainline and Republic aircraft and soon Mainline will be catering the express aircraft.

If the crew requests ice or any other catering supplies there is an additional fee charged. Now think about it. Why would USAirways pay $20.00 to LSG for a bag of ice delivered to the aircraft due to the fact that the caterers did not do the job right the first time ?
