pregnancy travel restrictions

There once was a restriction on travel past a certain period of pregnancy. It required a doctor's certificate at the very least, if I recall. I believe 8 months was the cutoff date.

Being in the industry, I do know the rule once existed. I don't remember if it was domestic US only.

Can someone tell me if that rule still exists, and if so, where to find it?
