Your "set up" sounded so much more Battman/The Joker when you implied that you were in your camouflage with a telephoto lens peaking through your bosses window in the early morning hours trying to get pics of him with your hottie to send to his wife.
I knew a guy that actually did that to his boss.Sshe files for divorce and cleans him out. I mean Alimony, Child Support, House, Car, the whole shootin' match.
Shortly after the divorce, the guy who set him up let's it drop that he was the guy. Some people get real upset when they perceive someone is trying to screw with their income. Witness the 3850 page Pilot thread on the US Aviation board if you don't believe me.
Think how fast the pilot integration would have been completed without Government interference from the RLA, NMB & the like?
If I was US and those wacky agencies didn't exist I'd have told the pilot groups they have 30 days to agree on a unified seniority list or I start replacing them off the street one by one. By the time ALPA or USAPA get's any suit on the docket I've got 1/3 of the pilots replaced. Or the pilots respond by calling Doug's bluff and walking off. By the time US gets on the docket it's out of business. The free market would have wrapped up those negotiations in 90 days tops. Now we're in Year 6 with no end in sight, Another example of Government failure .
