No, false rumor. Some of Fleet Service is on a title transfer list trying to get into different title groups at TULE. The only way they will be able to is if the company has to go to the street to fill positions. They will start with day one Title seniority and retain their Company Seniority IF they are able to obtain a position, otherwise they will bump out as fleet service as normal.

Building Cleaners will be Title 2 which they already are I believe and will retain Title and Company Seniority they will become a Plant Maint. Man or whatever the title is. This was negotiated by the Title 2 negotiator in negotiations so nothing new or under the table.

He is Title 3 right now, his choices are the same as what I explained for Fleet Service and he can finish his Presidential Term which ends in June I believe or he can bump out and the VP will move into his position. He has said he was going to finish his term but I have not talked to him lately so who knows.
