Could it be these Airbuses would be used as replacement aircraft for some of the 737's that will soon be leaving the property ?Why would we want to buy 9 used A319s. Our EMBs are taking over most of the 100-130 seat markets now. We need widebodies. If they were selling A330s, that would be another story.....but they ain't 😉

Hey can US add a fuel tank in order to use those suckers for Eastern Europe and beyond. Tel Aviv here we come. Load the passengers just don't take their bags.The 319's can be TRUE international growth airplanes.
