Anyone have any info on the PHL 22?
I'm getting word that charges were dropped against 16 of them yesterday, and the other 6 were held over for trial.

Even if the charges were dropped for 16 of the 22, it doesn't indicate that they got their jobs back. While I'm sure that not all of the 22 were directly involved in the fighting, they were in hot water just for being there. Follow trouble, and you become part of it. :blink:Possibly a deal between IAM and company to drop the snapback arbitration?
Only in America can some lowlife union goon thugs beat the crap out of someone, and not get arrested for it.
These cretins should be in a PMITA jail right now.
And you wonder why unionism is dying in America?
Possibly a deal between IAM and company to drop the snapback arbitration?
Were the leaders held over, or sacrificial lambs?
I heard that the 22 were released as of Monday. From what I heard, BACK PAY is in the works for the time Suspended. As I understand it, they are not back at work and the Union is working on it.
