Twu/Amfa Supporters

So what is the benefit of any industrial union who cannot or will not properly
represent you. It's the benefit of the few in spite of the benefit of the many.
Int'l being the few and the rest are screwed.

No benefit for the members. Plenty for the fat cats who cut deals.
AMFA the only choice at this time of our careers.

The IBT is claiming that they can open the contract if they get in. But if that was true which we know it isn't.

Wouldn't AMFA have the same chance to open as well? So how can this be a selling point to vote in IBT vs AMFA?

The IBT also handles the pension fund T/F? Just a question to all you IBT supporters.

Being that AA has its pension frozen, are you going to sign the right to that over to the IBT to manage?

How long will you have to work under an IBT contract to be eligible for a pension from the IBT?
Do any of you IBT supporters have an answer to that?

Does the IBT ATD have any officers who are from the carriers they represent?
How did they get into office if so?
What are the terms of those officers and can they be voted out ?

Does the IBT deduct from an employees paycheck for their Pension?

Buck , The IBT Airline divison participates in the Central States Fund and it is a version of an employee/employer contribution fund SIMILAR to we now have at AA. According to the IBT International The IBT monthly dues CANNOT BE USED FOR THIS FUND.

BTW, The IBT International states that participation in this fund is voluntary and will only be implemented at AA if the majority of the AA IBT members want it. Then this plan would replace our New AA Matching Plan.

Is the truth told on that website? Or is it also full of lies?
