It is not representational dispute, now is it?
-No it's not, it's an internal union issue...
Are there cards being submitted to call for the Alliance vote?
-No. Because the members had no choice in the matter, it was forced upon them...
You cant apply rules and regulations to a totally different situation.
-You can't apply rules and regs where the NMB has "no jurisdiction"
We will see what the NMB does when the Alliance files for the vote.
-Yes we will won't we. We will all see just how bad the TWU, IAM and you 700 just screwed the entire membership...
You do know the IAM and the TWU have had meetings with the NMB about this right?
-Of course we do, that is what you call "behind closed door deals" You will differ, but let me ask you this, where have all the membership updates been from these said "meetings" you say are happening between the NMB and the 2 unions? There has been none, not one, notta, zilch. Why is that 700? Step up and answer the question 700, where have ANY of the membership updates concerning these "meetings" you speak of between the 2 unions and the NMB? There are none!! And why is that? Because the unions want the membership as far in the dark as possible untill the last moment as they will still use scare tactics to keep the membership voting for the most corrupted 2 unions out there (with the teamsters a close call too). Pathetic I tell you, pathetic... Why won't you explain what is coming? Because you know what the membership would do if they had all the facts, that's why...
