UAL A&p's and related have a T/A

Ramp dude cites Well what type of example are our leaders setting when they tell their members to accept concessions while they continue to get raises and lose nothing? Doesnt that make them more like management than like us? Arent they saying the same thing through their actions if not their rhetoric? "Concessions are for you but not me".

Couldn't agree more. And it's sad to say but today, personally speaking, I trust no institution. Whether it's a union, a company or a government they all seem to have one thing in common. Their own self interests/self survival and if your interests coincide with theirs you'll do fine. If not be very careful.

It's just that I work for this airline and know I have to have representaion. I've seen what UAL is capable of throughout the years and know a union is a must as much as I wish it weren't so.

Shame on management. Their own corruption and lack of guidance (by their own leadership) creates their own opposition!!!!!
