Unionization

It's dated 28 June 2006. Keep trying......."boo slinger". 🙂

oh and I almost forgot...the elible voter list is now cast in stone at 6011....Fred Said  .

Wow....your math skills have improved......it is actually 2103.85......we have more than enough cards to satisfy that number.

No......I am actually talking about the 462 stock clerks listed in Appendix A. They are not eligible, they will be getting their own contract. The NMB has ruled that they are a separate craft/class. Ref. United Airlines, Inc., Braniff Int'l Airways. The Pennsylvania Railroad example didn't hold up for the IAM wanting to keep the stock clerks as part of the eligible showing of interest group. More later....if I have time.

By the way they did allow some of the cards to be counted after the deadline. 🙂

and the 0.85 is you? ROTFLMAO

deadline doesn't matter.....Fred Says the Fat Lady is warming up for IBT...

They will not be getting a seperate contract, they are part of the same R# on the IAM/US CBA, the certification is that way, they will be on the same contract, just like at EAL, the ramp, mechanics and stores were on the same contract and each voted on their parts of the CBA.

Well you have been saying that there will be no vote.....I guess we will find out. 🙂

Yes...I know you will put your own slant on it 7. I suppose your 1949 contract doesn't hold for modern times, does it. Things do change. 🙂

Still more mechanics then your airline and still managed to keep more work in-house then your beloved ibt/HP CBA.

That's the facts Jack!

not the facts Jack - There has been no work lost under the IBT but your IAM can not say that - so blame it on the judge again We have only seen work coming back in no work lost - how is your backshops - your cleaners, not to forget some of your heavy checks.

And there has been no overhaul brought in-house under the ibt cba either.

And I hate to tell you this but the 50% of the 737s that were outsourced are now being done back in-house, see if you guys actually did heavy maintenance you would know that.

OK 7. Give us the numbers.... at this time how many 737's do WE have left? and tell me you got more in-house you have the same number only we have less 737's!!!!!!!
WHAT IS THIS MORE IAM BS OR THE SAME OLD AMERICA WEST MATH THAT WE ALL HERE IN THE WEST UNDERSTAND.

MATH 101 IF YOU TAKE THE LARGER NUMBER TOTAL AND REDUCE IT THE 50% TOTAL UNDER CONTRACT GOES UP.

IF WE HAD!!!!
A. We have 100 737'S
B. Under Contract the IAM gets 50 737'S
C. This = 50%
D. The company dumps 20 737's
E. UNDER CONTRACT YOU GET 50 737'S
F. SO NOW WITH THE TOTAL OF 80 737'S YOU ARE DOING 50 OF THEM SO YES THE % GOES UP.

MORE SMOKE AND MIRRORS THE IAM WAY!!!! 🙄

for crying out loud...if you guys knew the IAM contract like we know the lame IBT agreement ,you'd be informed....
U had timely problems with the agreed to 50% vendor out coming back into service on time...so they decided to bring them back in house...because of the east side gangs work ethic and such....expect to see your work that will be brought back in house be done on the east side of the mississippi dude....
its already been planned this way...wonder why?

no goobers....

no junior a/p wanna bees...

no cactus huggers...just workers.... 😉

and how many times can IBT 104 crow about this??

ROFL.......they are bringing the work back "in house...because of the east side gangs work ethic".

The reason they are bringing anything back in house is because of MONEY and nothing more.

You are correct about the "gang" aspect of some of the IAM. 🙂

DON'T GET HIM STARTED WE WILL BACK IN THE STONE AGE OR BACK IN 1935 HORSE AND BUGGY DAYS!

Flight attendants at Northwest Airlines will vote today on whether to change unions. Workers are negotiating with Northwest on a new contract. A bankruptcy judge Wednesday ruled the airline can void its current contract if a settlement is not reached by July 17.

wow just like at US Airways....and we decided...not a judge to agree to modifications...

Dell, I believe you have mistaken. The reason USAirways is bringing back work is because the pay scale is very close to the vendors!!!! Think it was planned that way???
Please don't talk about contracts, the way I see it between UPS and Southwest they are the best contracts in the industry correct??? Guess who negotiated those contracts 😱 IBT baby  .I'm on your side man.

wow....no one responds to the truth as it was at U with IAM...so now we silence the IBT crowd once again with truthful facts?
