Sounds like it's time to change unions. With a 93% NO that tells me the union is out of touch with the membership and is in bed with the company. Time for a class and craft union to take over. and my understanding of your scope says any new work the company outsources (that wasn't outsourced at the signing of the agreement) had to be approved by the union. They have already approved 787 outsourcing without a vote AFAIK. That is completely f**ked up.whoop whoop said:

Agreed. All 7 of the reasons whoop-whoop posted were all very good reasons. Then I read an article that mentioned the "B" scale for the new hires as well as the lowered 401K match (BTW can anyone post the 401K differences?). The article claimed they got it off the teamsters/ibt unions web page can anyone verify and post a link? If passwords are required you may have to copy and paste while your in it. Would really like to see their response as well as what other items they feel need work to get it to pass.TopCat870 said:
