what do you think, Mr. Snoop? I detect that we agree as to the actions of these west pilots...I thought this set of factoids might render your opinion, (which I respect)...as I see it, both of these splinter groups are acting as a "union within a union"...and I believe that to be illegal.

In any case, my dialogue with Mr. Jim just got more interesting.
I have no doubt his opinion shall differ, but I vow not to go 735 rounds with him, I have other things to do.

You are engaged in what can easily be construed as an illegal engagement under the RLA. Only ONE union class and craft gets a union...not an East/West arrangement as you see fit... I'm sure you and Jim want me to be gone away....soon enough. But I'll return to hear your eloquent deferences...

No, mate. I'm busy, you're bored with no wife...er..life. You can explain how this organization is legit...it's not my job. Heck, it's not even your job...except that you have nothing else to breathe for....so have at it. Why don't you clearly and for the record explain (in great detail) the existance and purpose of Leonidas.org...and AWAPPA.org as "non-union" entities...and put your personal retirement bankroll on it as sugar for my reading...

Otherwise, pick a more submissive target....you've blown up the wrong pipe with me mate.

I personally don't give two shiets...but EVERYONE reading this will watch how you answer my query. It's simple. Justify the AOL webiste and AWAPPA website and describe in LEAGL terms how they exist within the UNIONIZED framewrok of USAIRWAYS pilots.

USAPA will be on the OFFENSE IF comes to this...not the "defense"...so I again suggest that the "leaders" of the "west union" adequately prepare themselves for what will come.

I am not confused mate, an organized group of members (AWAPPA, or AOL) who solicit "dues" and membership as a representative body of pilots WITHIN an already legally represented union who "recommends " against the LEGAL union membership is INTERFERING with union business...the application process of an ALREADY established and legal union. ILLEGAL.

You're as bad as they are, mate.

They do not solicit dues nor is there any such thing as membership to either AWAPPA nor AOL. They do gladly accept your donations though.

If any organizing/administrative member of USAPA had an ounce of any of the qualities your brother has, we wouldn't be in this mess.

I understand what it feels like when a nerve gets hit. It's been getting hit every day since April 17th...The day a band of wanna be thugs convinced the masses that they can wield the RLA like an axe and do with it whatever they want. Cowards all.

I will never support USAPA, (in it's present form) financially or otherwise. Quite the opposite. I'm working hard against it.

Thank You, apology accepted. And for the record. I'm one of the East "Masses". And just so you know, I honestly didn't know if USAPA was the answer or not. I just know Alpa wasn't! I don't agree with everything USAPA has done but they are MY union, for now, and I will continue to support them because I know there really are some good people (people like my brother) trying to do the right thing. I know we disagree on that but that's the way it is. I hope we can all come together in the future. However, reading these boards- I really have my doubts!
