Since when does ANY Aussie use the word "bloke"?...since you west blokes...
Or any sepo living in Oz for that matter.

I rest my case...all you do is quote me and add a defacto remark.
I certainly hope the west lawyer gets more for you before he takes your money AND your career.
For the last 90 minutes, NOBODY has adequately addressed ANY remarks about his issue...it has shifted to "where are you? des nudo...nobody "I know" in Perth speaks this way...
No wonder you guys will surely lose....you crater under real scrutiny, but you "flex for all to see"
Happy trails
Uh...yeah...Ok. (that'll work in court)Actually I challenged you to back up your wild assertions with any kind of definitive proof. I am unaware of any west pilot being harassed for joining USAPA. I know of several who are on DCO and no-one has said boo to them about that choice.
It is you who has not addressed a single counterpoint.
Uh...yeah...Ok. (that'll work in court)
For my fans who cannot reason around my "slanguage"
This is the 5th country I have lived in since my seperastion after 20 years at USAirways...(former PSA)
I don't care what you get.
You are confused about the differences between union membership and a union's duty to fairly represent all workers employed under the CBA. They are separate issues and viewed as such by the courts.
The case is clear as is the Judge's opinion of USAPA's legal argument.
"Like many other cases USAPA cites on fair representation, Rakestraw will not bear the weight USAPA places upon it."
-- Judge Wake in his 20 November order.--
still waiting for your "ironclad case" here...
bulletpoints will suffice.
I'm all ears
Eye is a former east pilot with an axe to grind. His statement that he is merely a "concerned customer" is disingenuous at best.
Are you sure I am a "he"? If you knew who I really was you'd be shocked. Keep in mind East pilots have lots of friends in very high places, where, shall we say, the word gets out to a bigger venue than USAviation. And, yes, I am concerned customer in the Platinum sense. Tootle loo...

Why don't YOU clearly illustrate your case against USAPA here now, so we may all marvell in it's merits going forward....?
One more thing..whats a marmy?

No, you just build west pairings that cover the flying necessary in the east. A 4 day trip that begins and ends in PHX but flys the balance in the "east system" (however you define that). Cross base TDY is prohibited per the TA.
The problem with that suggestion is that most of the East furloughs are coming from the ranks of the E-190 pilots. And there are no PHX or LAS pilots trained on that aircraft, no PHX or LAS E-190 domicile, and therefore no E-190 trips that could originate in the west and fly east.
