IF there is sufficient proof that these 22 are in fact the thugs that they are reported to be (and it appears that there IS such proof), then they deserve what they got, and the firing should be the LEAST of their worries--if I were them I'd be concerned about staying out of prison (although it appears that's already fixed), and I would be worried about a RICO civil suit.
In the event of a job action such as an illegal wildcat strike to support these alleged thugs, then I would fire every single one who walked out. There is no longer a place for this kind of nonsense, and it should not be tolerated.
Remember I use IF and ALLEGED alot---I am not assuming guilt, but it does APPEAR that there is plenty of proof, and you all know my motto, PERCEPTION is REALITY to most....
