OK those are fighting words. I better never catch an American Airlines gal on my plane. I know how they stapled the TWA gals and Gloria is at war with them like a good PIT Bull should be. They are so speciAAl in the air, they don't even point at the exits in their demos. They just announce that exits exist. Really dear? There are exits on this Super 80? And everyone calls it an MD-80 anyways. I had so much respect for the American gals after 93 but they turned out to be so selfish. They only lasted a few days anyways in 93 - The TWA gals lasted much longer back in 86.

The AA FAs did not staple them, the APFA did along with APA and TWU, they all had clauses in their repsective CBAs regard mergers and seniority, the cases went to arbitration and they had to live with the decision.

To take it out on idividual FAs is childish and moronic.

You are right in the fact that what I said does not make sense--even moderators are human.

The issue at hand is that rumors of rumors tend to start all kinds of anxiety and trouble, and such threads often denigrate into personal attacks and rehashing of other issues which are already being discussed elsewhere.

While my wording may have been a little off, the intent is to prevent the spread of unfounded rumors and innuendo, which could cause trouble.

That said, I hope you understand a little better, and go ahead and have a laugh at my expense.

I know you are trying to get a moderator position, but sucking up like that is so unattractive. In all seriousness, no one should give richard a hard time. I remember Debbie had difficulty with an inflight announcement once and that new hire Kelly gave her such a hard time. She was relentless. And the new hires wonder why the gals who built this airline before the people from american west destroyed it don't bow down to the reserves....

That's okay. I'm thinking about taking a self-imposed trip to the cornfield for a month. And, if I enjoy it sufficiently, I will come back and try to say something so totally offensive that I immediately get assigned another trip back. Maybe by then you will be the moderator and I can be your first "customer." Wouldn't that be special?
