I also like the idea that we are all in this together. Every group/clasification
needs to contribute. Including Labor. One problem is that labor has become
big buisiness. For the most part they are unflexable. But maybe If they
saw the sincerity of managment they would be open to some new ideas.
There was a thread a while back about how US airways was going to be No.1
in the not too distant future. Most considered it a joke. But why not?
Most people get stuck in ruts and keep making the same mistakes over and over.
Maybe Doug has a grand plan. But more likely he's stuck with yesterday's not
so grand plan. I don't know where the kind of inspiration we need comes
from, but until that reveals itself I'll be content knowing that there's a lot of
people out there who really care beyond their selfish interests. Like you for
