Agency Fee, you just have to remember to pay your dues once notified. If you go on vacation and come back and find a notice for dues payment in your mail and that notice is pass due you can be fired by the union.

Article 38. Read it carefully. Understand what you are doing and be careful. Yes the union that has given you so much will fire you from the company you work for.

I've had IAM for 11 years,Teamsters 5years and the the TWU for 3years... IAM is The Best of the 3. Teamsters were ok. TWU was The Worst Union....IAM has a great Pension plan something to think about...Talk to the ExTWAers. They will tell you how great the IAM is over the TWU. AMFA I don't trust.

Personally, I don't care which union....We need to send the TWU the message that they are OUTTA HERE! Plain and simple, send them packing!

No need to worry everyone. Once this deal fails and half of Tulsa is (fired) laid off then they will no longer hold the majority. Then either AMP or AMFA can be voted in 😀
