During the last "give away" the "Yes" vote prevailed by only 5 votes for the CWA. The whole process was soooo screwed up with retired agents receiving ballots, furloughed agents and active agents not receiving ballots, the voting system by phone was screwed up and some that had already voted had to vote again and that was only if you were lucky enough to have found out about the screwed up phone system. When the CWA members asked for a recount the answer of course was NO. If the "NO" votes would have prevailed, guaranteed, there would have been a recount or re-vote. Just ask the IAM.
Things have gotten much much worse in Res. since then with the added threat of furloughs due to outsourcing and the internet. This group is tired and disgusted and just want the whole mess to be over with. Will be extremely surprised if this group votes anything but "NO".
