If the NMB calls off the talks, puts us on ice, we'll fall to third. The APFA is in the midst of negotiating and the APA would be ratcheting things up. BTW, the CWA-IBT are also amenable in 2020.
Did the association use the hyatt legal plan to defend itself?

Been telling you guys, the evidence used by the airline was strong. Matter if fact, all the issues brought up in these pages didn't really explain anything.

The Max are still out, the parts supply chain is still the same, the procedures are the same and we still have the same "incompetent" management team...but the operational dependability shot and cancellation plummeted up after the Permanent Injunction.

And they thought last summer was bad.
If we get pushed deep into next year I just hope everyone steps up to let all know we are tired of being put off

maybe im missing the big picture here.

reading the article in the dallas morning news that was a hell of a defense.

the second week of negotiations and still no clue whats going on. after this week everyone goes on vacation and we wait till next year.

so as we sit here clueless as to whats going would someone remind me about the benefits of the power of numbers in the association?

as the craft unions for the pilots and flight attendants are about to lap us in their second post bankruptcy contract while we languish in purgatory. even more of a kick in the ass the gate agents are starting to come around for their second post bankruptcy contract.

have we had enough yet?

for Christmas give yourself the gift of choice.

choose to sign a card .

What the union did in court the other day was pretty much admit there was a job action

Unfortunately there is a high percentage that the drive will slow down after a JCBA is passed. That's the way we roll at AA. We never learn our lesson.

And.....

Shot ourselves in the foot again, huh?

That's not even a question any longer. There was a TRO, a modified TRO and not a Permanent Injunction.

The only opinion that matters is the judge and he ruled THREE separate times, there was a job action.
