What's the problem? You 2 can't seem to survive without a middle man between you and the company that actually signs the checks that support you and that middle man, go get your license, become a pilot and that middle man is already there for you!

A middle man?

Its called a level playing field.

Why does Anderson and other executives work under employment contracts, yet they spend millions to prevent the workers from having a say?

Why is the airline industry one of the highest percentages of unionized workforce?

So why are the pilots light years ahead of anyone else at DL since they use a "middle man"?

Why are they one of the highest compensated in the industry since they use a "middle man"?

Why havent you posted the latest wins the IAM has at XJT in regards to scheduling?

E, they were on the certificate at one point. And not sure what you meant by "no employee was required to be transferred as part of that deal."  Some were offered to move but not required to move.
699UW was trying to make an argument that by law, FL employees had to be hired by DL when they took the airplanes...

He's yet to provide any proof of what law that was.

They werent owned by WN nor AirTran, they were owned by Boeing Capital Corporation.

And still digging it was done after DL screwed the PA employees.

Even that line of argument fails.... only three of the A310's taken from PA to DL were "owned" by PA (they were actually mortgaged if I recall), with the rest being "owned" by Airbus and leased to PA. Likewise, all of the 727's that went along with the deal were either leased or mortgaged.

By that flawed logic, few airplanes operated at any given airline would be considered "owned" therefore subject to scope...
