I see a group who was once treated with respect. A group who took pride in their airline. So much has changed since then. We are now treated as a liability. Employees the current US Leadership team would like to eliminate through outsoursing. We've come a long way since this pic was taken. Unfortunately, a long way in the wrong direction. Gone are the days of recipricol loyalty and dedication.

Here is a blast from the past D-Con in CLT:
 

With the current management team; many of these employees would be issued ESONs or ECRs. Employees sitting on equipment other than the seats provided, no seat belts, standing on the baggage carts and tongues. Also I see a ball cap being worn that is not company issued. The difference from then to now.

BLUTO was comparing Roabily to WeAAsles implying that Roabily is to the IAM/US and WeAAsles is to TWU/AA. So I'm wondering what the basis of the comparison is.
