Leaving out what facts?   You are the one saying that an arbitrator will 'purposely' violate #9 if the TWU intentionally violates MOU.  You are the one saying single carrier will go on indefinitely when the IAM quite clearly answered on the Q & A, only until the NMB issues single carrier.   You are the one saying that single carrier will go on indefinitely when it has already been spelled out in a contract, complete with even a resolution process.  You, my brother, have nothing to substantiate any of your ridiculous claims, no references, no nothing other than BS.   Instead, you talk out your ass with your opinion, to be quite honest.  Your opinion is made up with no references from any contract.  And you base your opinion on the complete 100% lie that the Association will trump the TWU obligations.  You and other horses have guys like Mike33 believing a full blown lie because you are exploiting him and others with your bedtime stories.   
 
And because of all the BS, AH has left the building.  Just like at UA,  you guys put politics ahead of the membership by blowing a 12% pay raise, more job security and keeping the same medical.....and got $0 because management doesn't give a rats ass about IAM politics and the same damn thing is happening here.  Should we be surprised that AH has now taken things off the table and offered his greatest POS contract yet?  And the complete abomination remains the same 'game play' in which Team Delaney says, "We will get you the world in these contracts"  to buy votes.  In the end, I'm hearing greater and more intense rumblings from IAM 142 MX reigniting a teamster push at US AIRWAYS, and AMFA has once again kicked off things at AMR.  The IAM promised the world to the MX, and now because of their lies, they have no way out because they can't bring back a fair contract at this point.  What's going to happen to MX, 700 when you guys finally have to eat crow and admit that the IAM F everything up by playing politics in DL142 and getting goose-egged by a company that really had no interest in IAM politics?   Thus far, at least IAM141 isn't talking about changing unions or going full blown TWU as the write in, as all of us are doing our best to work within the shell. 
 
My question to Prez or CB..............Has the NC been in talks with the TWU side to secure support or will they just keep working. We have had informational picketing, how bout involving them to let the company know they are involved too.

The Union likes this deal as well because it doubles the duespayers. You get a two for one. No dues dispensation here, all members pay the same. No loss there for the union. Both parties win, but the employee loses.
Whether certain people want to hear this or not. This will be something that those of us with a strong social media presence will be monitoring very closely when the Association goes into JCBA talks. I love being Union and support the Association idea 100% but even though we may be considered "unskilled labor" to some out there, we will not sacrifice our quality of living for any organization to enjoy their personal perks.

Just to put this out there as a just in case but we have a network of individuals contributing that if they go into full swing can make Tim Nelson look like a Girlscout if need be.

I have seen here in ORD some incredibly strong TWU unionist that know what is going on and are monitoring the situation.   Most are highly educated and understand contracts and processes and I'm talking about the shop stewards. They have been briefed and fully support the IAM's current stand alone talks, but they are under the impression that joint talks will commence after the NMB rules a single carrier.  Most IAM members have been told that the "IAM is in charge" the first two years of the association [after a vote] but that isn't true insomuch as it means that the TWU is a bystander.  Neither union will be sitting down and that's not how the association agreement reads.
 
Doyle has my respect and is an independent mind.  ORD respects him totally.  I've been told [I fully admit it is second hand] that he isn't necessarily convinced on the association but does currently support it.  Lombardo is fine with it.   But one thing I know is that the TWU folks are not going to just continue singing kumbuya with the IAM if the IAM doesn't produce. There are way too many TWU folks laid off to just turn a blind eye indefinitely.
 
At any rate, I have had the privilege of getting to know many of the rank and file TWU ORD members at ORD and they ask about the IAM and what is going on, and I explain to them the processes and where we are at.

You are saying about a Plan B and neither the company nor the union has indicated any such existence of said plan.
 
All I did was give examples of arbitration cases where no decisions have ever been given in 30 days.
 
You also claimed the SCS will stop JCBA negotiations and I clearly gave several examples of Section 6 Agreements ratified AFTER SCS was granted and workgroups still not merged.
 
Shall I continue?

This isnt about two AGCs who are at UA, this is about Fleet and Tim's misinformation he puts out, he is definitely in AH's pocket, I been saying that for a long time.

You have to be kidding. Provide examples of how Tim is divisional and creates discontent. You make the claim you better have facts to back it up. And not the nonsense TWU letter from years ago about the AGW.

Absurd.  I have always been an advocate of continuing section 6 through a single carrier. ALWAYS.  What I pointed out is my disappointment with the IAM's stated position that it intends to cease section 6 stand alone talks after the NMB rules on a single carrier.
 
The IAM said it, NOT ME.  Here is what the IAM said on the official Q & A, "

So now you are calling the IAM a liar?   IMO, you guys are going to lose the DL142 IAM MX with all your BS because the truth will come out how you guys been sh*tting everyone.  MX aren't as forgiving as fleet service members. It's going to be a mess over at your district.  You should have been honest and properly informed the MX instead of asking for the moon.  The reality is that you will settle now for considerably less than you could have, or you will be forced to walk away and leave money on the table and enter joint talks and do battle with a 'fierce' raid due to your own BS. 
 
At IAM141, myself and others who have HUGE disagreements with the current F up ultimatum strategy, at least are working within the shell of the IAM and not seeking outside representation. 
 
 
 
 
One thing you can bank on, the BS over at DL142 will MOST DEFINATLEY force a run off in any association vote.  That write in spot is going to kill you guys over there once all the BS festers to the top.  At that point, you guys will make the IBT look great as the IBT and/or AMFA will be able to say, "I told you so".
 
Let's hope that the same BS doesn't stir up a write in campaign that completely blows the IAM out of fleet service as well. Trust me, there isn't a lot of love lost to rank and filers when one mentions IAM.  Gosh forbid if some things pan out that we wont' be talking about District officer elections any more, but rather having discussions about which union is better.

But it doesn't address the things he charges Tim with. He is just out to bash Tim and posts things that are irrelevant.

josh  as far as im concerned  700 has posted everything    why can you not comprehend or understand that      when youre asked about your fraudulent company you REFUSE to answer and you do a dam good job of deflecting
