Lol. Look, i taught classes in seminars at www but its really no big deal. Www is a kumbuya school that cant even compare to a masters research education but you cant comprehend that. No need to exchange resumes, just tell tommy to stop his insanity of only asking for a two year agreement. What is wrong with him?

Totally disagee 700. Tim IMO is not creating discent ! It's time to push back. Up the stakes. Ask for more. F them. Ur self employed. You have no dog in this. I don't get the love you have for us and you don't get the aire of the ppl we work with so things have to change. Time to switch gears!!!

But the majority of you, cut corners, dont work by rule, take all the OT you can get, and rush back to the breakroom to play cars, read, watch tv, or play on your computers.
 
You need to stick together and show the company who is in charge.

I remember as M&R we went 4 1/2 years in negotiations to achieve a new CBA, and we voted one down in that time period, we also had to go on strike in 93 after three years of negotiations.

Lets not mislead. The workers are never unilaterally in charge. Fact is, the current leverage suggest that ptofessionalism is fine. Everything will be fine if tommy learns how to hold a winning hand instead of playing them and blowing his wad. AH is holding his hand because he knows these boys put politics ahead of the table. Call AH bluff. Hell he is the one that needs seamlessness. No sense in folding and panicing. This is the best hand possible so lets make it count.If we are going to negotiate then do it right.

Legacy AA is no different...fact is even "some" of the shop stewards were working overtime when we had issues and were trying to prove a point.

That which is known of negotiations has revealed itself.  I don't have to be in the actual negotiation room to know that a two year deal is moronic. I don't have to be in negotiations to know that DOS wages will NOT be at AMR levels according to his reagonomic proposal in December. What the hell is going on??  Scrap that dopey proposal and negotiate from the leverage we have.  STOP the insanity!
 
Nobody is asking for our NC to bring back the broom of the wicked witch, but our members want fairness.  Damn it!  Increase the damn scope, have wages north, FAR NORTH, of AMR.  If AH wants to continue holding his chump hand then we better not fold like our guys always do.  Grow some damn STONES.
 
Was I hallucinating when it looked like Parker was having a seizure because he was so excited to announce profits that were better than he thought?  We have 6,000 fleet service members and that damn NC better not even think about coming back with no chump TA that doesn't protect all the current stations with permanent scope, and wages far north of AMR.   I don't want to hear any S that AH is a mean guy and management is ruthless.  Management is suppose to be greedy but I don't pay my damn dues to management. I expect and our members expect our NC to grow some stones and get their heads out of their arses in the meantime.

Most all i have talked to agree with 3 things. 1) F with scope and a NO vote.  2) no wage increase better than AA BK wages a NO vote !!!!.......   3)  No Retro a no vote. 
 
Don't insult us by making us choose between the 3.  They all go hand in hand!!!

IAM will facilitate concessions to get the AA TWU employees on the IAMNPF. Besides isn't the IAM leading the alliance for the first few years.
