What I have done is provided information about the industry but you clowns use the information I provide and claim politics but don't provide ANY information about the industry.  Our members have every right to know what is happening in the industry and you damn sure aren't telling them.  Yes, Delta does make what I said, and guess what, they are in 43 stations as well and have 17 cargo centers and their profit sharing is going to kick arse.  And you clowns don't even want to use arbitration as you 'sort through' the grievance graveyard you guys don't know how to get out of.  Sorry, you guys haven 't done  D*ck.  Enough is enough. 
I know what you clowns proposed in December.  Tell everyone how you proposed something that isn't even what AMR is at DOS?  LMAO.   Blow smoke up everyone's butt Mark.  You have been good at that lately. You guys are bums.   And you flip flopped on United TA. Previously you told PJ that you didn't endorse that TA.  Lately you said you did and said you did so because you were fearful of management.  Which is it?  LMAO.  At any rate, since you can't stand up to Delaney, it is obvious you don't have the stones to stand up to AH.  Endorsing the anti union United TA is worse than refusing to sign a IBT card for me back when we were non union in '86 and the former USair 4 stations needed your support.  Nice Job Mark.  BTW, your team couldn't even read the nomination right today in ORD as they screwed up S Miller's nomination.  But, we allowed them to redo the nomination so everyone could run.  Didn't matter though.  Your boy Bartz didn't have one store keeper show up and support him. LMAO.
 
Keep running your "Contract Now" tour as you guys have your fingers up your arses and don't know what the hell to do. Stop Bull S everyone about the single carrier application that the TWU has to file in 6 months.  STOP IT!
 
You want to shut me up, then you better damn well bring back more scope and at LEAST what AMR makes at DOS OR don't bring nothing back at all.   You play games with this membership and get dopey little Cinderella drop dead dates without extending scope to include all current stations, and can't get what AMR makes in wages at DOS then my hope is that the membership POUNDS you into representational retirement.

Calm down bro, let's be honest about Delta too. Do you know that a substantial amount of DL employees are Ready Reserve? 
US could probably have 50-60 stations if we allowed Ready reserve like DL does. When you talk about these things bring out all the facts. Apples to apples.

Actually, the AS COPS agreement had a grandfather clause that I felt could have really be useful before we lost all of those US AIRWAYS stations. Do I like the AS scope in the COPS? Nope but that's why I said let's see what this new job security improvements are.

I achieved tons and I'm proud of it.  Winning a federal case fighting for the rights of 300,000 IAM members excited me, and knowing that it will most likely trigger an election where we can finally vote out these INTL bums. Winning the organizing drives also is something that my team did great on to accomplish.  Having a part in tossing out canale and his clan.  Actually, some folks never learn and if they would just do their job, they wouldn't have to worry about Batman coming in and hammering them.  Now go tell your friends about me punk

On August 15, 2013, the Department entered into a voluntary compliance agreement with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), located in Upper Marlboro, Md., concerning the 2013 election of international officers.  The IAM agreed to conduct new nominations and a new election, if necessary, for the offices of international president, general secretary-treasurer and eight general vice presidents under OLMS supervision prior to June 2014.  The investigation disclosed that the union failed to provide notice of nomination to the membership regarding the nomination of international officers, local lodges did not provide notice of their nomination meetings to all members, and members were denied a reasonable opportunity to nominate candidates when some members were working at the time of the nomination meeting and/or endorsement vote and no alternative method of nomination was provided.  The agreement follows an investigation by the OLMS Washington District Office.

You think that makes you look credible?? You know as soon as you lose your credibility, you won't really have anything left. Maybe you think if you say it with some name calling and some LMAO,s. members were denied a reasonable time to vote. Thats a huge accomplishment bringing the intl to compliance and securing reasonableness. Getting an election at the intl is quite an accomplishment to be a part of. I was joking about batman, but honestly, these guys just dont listen and instead of working with me and the membership, they get stubborn and work more deeply with management but dont know it.
Yes i was stripped but the the iam assigned me to a greater position so i couldnt have been as bad as you say.
at any rate, one thing has eluded me and that is to be working under a fair contract. Thats the prize for me and my people but i will not tolerate those who have their heads up their arses and propose dopey two year agreements that will have my peeps hungry again.

In case you haven't noticed-- he's more than a "poster"... he's active in the Union as GCC.. he has ran on opposing tickets to Delaney... he does not spew ridiculous rants about everyone being a liar except himself. Further, I spent years promoting an organized group for Fleet because we were getting hammered while organized groups stayed intact... remember the early 90's?
 
So yes... I've got a dog in the fight... as a retired member, I have voting rights. I logged years, and countless hours of MY time as a union representative, and I'm not about to let them go to waste. How much time do you have invested in member representation?

Thank you for the kind words ROA. I have been an active union member for most of my 34 year career in the industry with sUSAir, sUS Airways. I have continued to serve the membership through many changes in leadership. All the way back to the VH days. I have always tried to be diplomatic and respectful toward the members' feelings, frustrations and opinions. Although I have not always agreed with the opinions and subsequent hollow campaign promises through the years, I have always tried to respect the wishes of the membership; through the leadership election process. The questions are; Are we, as a collective membership, better off now than we were 6 years ago, when we voted in a new leadership team? Have we learned that campaign promises are easy to make but can be challenging to fullfill? Have we learned who the real enemies to our collective future livelihoods' are? Until we learn from past mistakes we will be destined to repeat them. Kinda like a mindless hamster on the treadmill. On this course it's no wonder the company is not impressed or intimidated. We are truly at a crossroads. It's time this membership wakes up before they get run over by the "New American" and their corporate greed. A continual divided membership is repeatedly conquered. Are there candidates who have a history of division among the membership? The floor is open to opinion and debate.

Orgac the enemy should be and will be ah and jg but whats even more sad is that there will always be divided members which case makes it worse than the enemies when u hear one thing from 1 person or a different thing from someone else. Considering all we have been thru over the course of the last 10 plus yrs with the company makin millions on our backs and a merger it should be a no brainer that the nbr 1 enemy would be mgmt given we still dont have contracts nor raise in 2 yrs I dont know about everyone but me thinks its high flying time we band together now and show strong solidarity otherwise the donkeys will continue ti walk all over us

Ageed. yet there are still those who want the membership to believe otherwise regarding the #1 enemy. The continual undertow to a unified front. I respect the democratic process... but it has been IMO... divisive and collectively counter productive when personal agendas are the goal. And the company laughs!
