Heard LO grilled Parker pretty good today and had her stuff together.  A person familiar with the open discussion gave her a 9 out of 10.  Well done.  About 35 Fleet there and nobody ecstatic about not getting any gosh darn respect from management.
Forgive my lack of abbreviations........LO? Throw me a bone. Thanks

those are the initials from someone's name rather than call them by name here.

Anymore, I care as much about making the bags and getting flights out on time as management does about negotiating a new contract.  Which is to say, very little.

Fact of the matter is DP knows nobody on the US Fleet side is estatic. Fact of the matter he couldn't give a damn. Fact of the matter is he negotiated an agreement with the TWU at AA to get his merger through. All the while; blatantly disrespecting the IAM represented members on his own property regarding contract negotiations. Although, I wasn't therem I can pretty much guess what his response was. Like a slick politician he listened, with deceiving intent, promised things would be addressed and he would get back to us. Blah... Blah... Blah. You can blame AH's posture in negotiations all you want. AH answers to DP. Time to stand behind our NC, realize who has the members' best interests in mind and work accordingly until we get a fair contract. Lock and Load Brothers and Sisters! DP is not going to hand it to you.

Sito was in CLT at the last union meeting, and he told the membership the lack of a new CBA is all due to Al Hemenway and Hemenway needs to go and if he wasnt there they would have a new CBA by now.

I believe it, but AH ain't going anywhere, so Sito & Co. need to figure out how to deliver the CBA US members deserve with him sitting on the other side of the table.

Do you really believe AH calls the shots? AH reports to DP. I can't believe Sito would be unaware of this. 700... Do you believe AH is calling the shots?

Doug isnt involved directly in talks, just like when I was on the NC, we saw Lakefield once, he reports to Elise I believe, and trust me AH is calling the shots and has been for years at Labor Relations, Glass taught him well, as did McKeen.

No Value Al is ALL IN ! It's his last round of CBA Negotiations before he sails off in his GOLDEN YACHT . Until the IAM Leadership and Membership can show DP that Al is  costing LCC/AAL $  by not negotiating in good faith or the NMB acts ? We at sLCC below the wing Members will not be voting on a fair /equitable/earned TA CBA. No Contract. No SCS. No Labor Peace at AAL.

unfortunately AH is not going anywhere so they better have a strategy for dealing with him ,saying if he was gone there would be a deal is a bit of a cop out imo

DP and the NMB are the problem. AH is the messenger.

AH may be calling the shots at Labor Relations and DP may not be DIRECTLY involved with negotiations but  in the end AH reports to DP. Therefore, it would be safe to assume, the posture AH takes in negotiations is directed by and has the blessing of DP.

Sad reality is that dp and ole cheapo al will do all they can to keep the lcc folks as low for as long but when the time comes for scs F them screw the helping hands screw the scs contracts now

orgac ur right al reports to dp but I do think ole uncle al calls the shots on behalf of donkey parker
